Hey there! Unfortunately this method of DNS will not work for Original Xbox. The Team called "Insignia" is reviving the orignal xbox online enabled games. Eventually they will revive this game among others! Currently there is 180 games revived!
Sorry for sounding like a retard with this question but when it comes to making an email for this game's online mode,Am I just simply creating a "fictional" email adress strictly meant only for this game or do I actually have to create a normal and actual email adress prior to signing into the game to be used upon logging into the game itself?Like can I use an already existing email account/adress that I own for this game or create a brand new one,And upon doing so....Is the email strictly locked only for this game or can be freely used as an actual email adress to be used for anything as usual? Depending on the game if you hover and delete a save the animations/symbols may change!

You can use whatever you want for the email address entry or make a fictional one if your prefer. I personally used an older email and worked great.
