This is the first video I've found that really shows how to triple full, and I've been looking for 2 weeks. this is like the 30th video I've found trying to learn triple.
Omg this is what I’ve been waiting for! I went to Tempest the other day and tried a standing trip but failed and I’m literally at Tempest now and I just landed it!
This video is really helpful! I just got my double fulls back from a hiatus from trampolines but using your advice they are much more clean than EVER! Thanks to you! Soon want to get triple fulls, eventually quad fulls and Adolfs. Thank you and this was very helpful. My favorite TH-cam channel.
i thought this was just gonna be annother video but the hips and neck technique saved me before my hips and neck where not coordinating with my front full… half way through the video i got a clean front full amazing
i would just like to take a moment to say i took your advice about keeping straight and on my first try i technically did a double. did i land it perfectly? definitely not, i almost messed up my leg and landed really low. but other than that, with more practice and the advice from this video, i’d say i could get it in a day for sure. thank you for this video!
You should get back layouts before you twist, and start with half first. Crossing your feet when you get off the tramp means your twisting too early and you won’t get enough height. The way I learned double full is that quarter set rudy. I first learned to rudy (front layout with 1 1/2 or 3/2 twist). I would do a back layout and land on my stomach, or a back 3/4. That’s how much flip you do in a double full so that you don’t over rotate. I would do that amount of flip, and after I lifted off the tramp, I would do a quarter set and then you do a rudy and you since I did that quarter set, it would bring me to a double full. The first time I attempted a double full, I over rotated so I would: A, practice a back 1 1/2 and get that reliable. B: Definitely practice back 3/4 so you don’t over rotate and die. C: get a rudy. It took me about a year to go from back half to double full I have a Coach, so it’s not fast or easy and I’m working on 2 1/2 now, so if your reading this, your probably doing pretty good! Good luck flipsters!
1:22 😂 I did parkour for 15+ years and had to retire cause i messed up my knee (years before this video was posted). Hilariously, i learned most moves exactly how you described, especially since social media was pretty new, and there wasn't a whole lot of tutorials since parkour and such were new as well
yesterday i learned a dub full in 2 hours on an eurotramp. It makes so much fun. u dont need to now mich new things and it's "easy" to learn cause u can do a 540 and go a little bit more everytime. And you also cant get hurt if you are landing on a matt
thank you so much for the help i noticed i werent using my arms right and my head wasnt at the right place first try after watching this video i landed a double full twist and the highest twist i had done before that was a 1.5 twist which i could barely land
I’m trying to do a Cork 1080 (off axis version of a back triple full) and I know they are different but I mainly came for learning twisting itself and how to twist faster. I’m in class now so after I get out I’m going to comment if this helped.
I really appreciate this tutorial because I just started working on my double and I have Ben having trouble keeping my hands in but I just tried and did it thank yoo
Helpful. Though when Im twisting while Im in the air I cant tell wether Im doing a double or triple. And that scares me half way through. When I twist I shut my eyes. Cant help it, tried to open them. What can I do to tell wether I am doing a double or triple??
Yoo bro try unclenching your hands when you initiate the spin and clenching them directly after you start spinning if you combine the head movement and the technique I just mentioned I believe you will spin faster. Would you mind addressing this in your videos if it works
hello, kinda related question to the video: every time i try to back twist on a trampoline my body goes to the side of it (right side to be precise) can you share some tips on how to keep your body straight on the trampoline during back twisting ?
AC Flips! Congratulations!! I have a question. I’m on dub guild and want my triple, so what do I do to advance? Simply just repetition and holding longer? Or is there anything special that you did to get to triple? Answer would be much appreciated and if you have time in depth would be dope. TY!!
Thanks man! really helped me out with mine cause I could do a back 180 and this really helped with getting it to the next level cause I can back full now!
i hate triple fulls with a burning passion, but i completely get what your saying on the different throw, u definitely have to go more straight up and kind of stall the backflip rather than just chucking it back like doubles
I can only do a half full but I can’t spin all the way. I really need a full because I do middle school cheer and you have to have a full in order to win competition so I need a full to help my team
Molly Lucas for me when I was learning, the problem was my arms. I’m not saying your the same, but maybe just really practice pulling your arms in after throwing your arms over your shoulder. Also it sounds counter intuitive but try not to try so hard. I mean that try not to twist to hard it just throws your entire body off balance and you will never get it. If this didn’t help I recommend you go check out pigmie’s channel he really helped me.
Hey m8 i can do double fulls easy but i can‘t straighten up to get a triple, can u give me some extra tips? I also struggle with the Head!!😂👌 nice video!
I just recently landed a triple and I was super stoked so I kept throwing them and I landed one really bad which put me out for a week and when I went back to try it, I literally couldn’t twist more than 2 and a half. Any tips?
I'm self taught(I think everyone here is), but I formed really bad habits, so I learned back 180, then got to a 360, the hardest flip I have taught myself so far is a back 540. I haven't been doing it long, and I haven't really made any efforts to go to a double full, but I can tell it will be hard to do it without being straight the entire time. I'm almost never straight because of teaching myself these flips (I can open up, but I have to bend my body.) Are there any tips or pointers to help me practice staying straight while twisting? Does it come naturally with how fast you're turning or it is just practice, I'm so confused
How long does it take to get used to be able to do a full and a double, because i recently got my double on the ground, but now it feels wierd to do a full, so would ypu happen to have any tips to get used to it quicker?
Thank god he went into detail cause everyone else be like just spin
Init
I know I’m really trying
Haha yeah
The funny thing is my friend said just spin and I landed it right after he said that
That’s what my coaches say at cheer and I’m like ._.
I really appreciate this tutorial sebs. I recently got fulls and needed some tips to keep moving up.

This is the first video I've found that really shows how to triple full, and I've been looking for 2 weeks. this is like the 30th video I've found trying to learn triple.
That's why I made this video, no one actually goes into detail about HOW to triple or quad etc.
Omg this is what I’ve been waiting for! I went to Tempest the other day and tried a standing trip but failed and I’m literally at Tempest now and I just landed it!

Dude! I’m trying to learn triple full rn and was so mad I kept landing on my back and having more flip than twist. This helped so much!! Thanks bro!

I;m not scared of doing a double full and staying straight, but I just can't get straight. I naturally want to keep tucked. Any tips?
My right arm is more dominant, but it fells better to spin the other way. What whay should i spin?
It doesn’t matter which arm is dominant, it’s the side that feels comfortable when you try to spin
