I heard the artist signed his name on the check of bum checks. That's why they pulled it I would like to have bum checks if you would sell one . I have choke wagon. My father worked for Canada, dry in the 60s he came up with the name wink Which then became fink
Stumbled across this video. Thanks for the story sharing. I, too have all 16 original series cards with variations and I cherish them from a time when life was “complicated” for me as a kid. These darn things were my escape and I still laugh at these things. Ernie is however on a whole other level! This is great stuff and is really a great timeless collection for future generations to learn to not take life too seriously. In all good humor is a little bit of truth, and I think that the Topps artists really nailed it to perfection. And, that is probably why they are still heavily sought after today.
There are some overlap names that were used, I recall. Gadzooka was used in Series 2 and Series 14 (?) I believe. I am going off memory on this, but it sparked my memory when I remembered there is the Gadzooka puzzle from Series 2. Anyways, that is an unbelievable collection.
Until the late 80s, most of the early stickers didn't have any resale value, except to the hardcore Wacky Collector. The 16th Series was listed as a lower value than the 4th or 7th Series.
Great collection!

The original mini brands blind bags lol
Why do you alternate calling them wacky packs and wacky packages? It literally says wacky packages on the packs
