Track or muffler one? How loud in the cab?
Muffler. It's not bad at all. I don't have a decibel meter to test. No droning. Very bearable.

How much would it cost to install with labor?
Not sure. The body shop did it for me for free because the rear bumper had to be removed for some repairs.
