I have a question, i stay in the ground floor and there is heavy dampness in both side of the wall upto 3 ft from ground, resulting in removal of wall putty all around the house. During monsoon season in some places there's moisture also. Is it coming from below the brinks below the foundation since there is a water body beside the house.

There was leakage on my bathroom roof and top corner wall above the tiles. Leakage has already been stopped, but that caused seepage on that area and putty had come out. Now can I apply Dr Fixit 301 URP for waterproofing and then apply putty and then paint?

I need to repair my roof as there is some damp coming on side of my wall where the outlet drain pipe is. dr fix dealer in kathmandu said I need it put fiber reinforcement acrylic polymer folded by primer with 80 gas glass fiber in the terrace roof. Is this really necessary is there another cost effective solution. He also said I need to do the same in my new constructed house. I am worried please advise.

Bro, first of all , big thanks for your many valuable tips. 2ndly now a days I am following some big water mark in few places in my new flat. Promoter has already done 1st coat of Putty..they have done the outer pipe line work but have not paint the out side wall yet. Anxiously waiting for your suggestion for what should do??

Nice information. U r pointed out that in d market, there r no of Dr. Fixcit compounds. Correct selection is very imp. Experience person is required. To avoid water seepage from common wall ( Hall / Bathroom ) or (Bed room / Bathroom). Some body has suggested ( 1) Injection technique.( By use of Hand pump ) to inject mixture of ( URP + Cement + AM powder + Water. ) from d holes ( 10 mm deep ) made on d joints of Bathroom tiles ( Four corners of tiles comes together ) . Pl explain this technique and materials. After Injection technique, grouting ( To make grove on bathroom tile joints with Grinder ) and then fill up grouting. Pl explain, complete procedure.
On thé back of my master bedroom tv wall is my kitchen sink. Right side of the tv wall I get seepage every few months - plumber says it could be because of the grout around sink that gets removed every few months and which is why water enters the wall and seepage can be seen on the tv wall - it’s been 5 years since I have this seepage every few months - had many plumbers visit my place but no one has been able to fix my issue - Is it possible to get my problem reviewed by you as well ?

I am your new subscriber and your videos are of great knowledge. Your confidence reflects in your communication. Close to my house , I have seen Dr fixiit waterproofing procedure. They doing work on 4 lines of bricks till 9 inches of plinth beam level. Procedure they done-
repaired the cracks and they had applied one coat of urp 301 and then 2 coats of Pidifin 2k with a brush. Also he is saying that urp and pidifin 2k will be done upto 6 feet height from plinth beam level across all walls.
Boss, I have a question for you. I am building a new house and foundation work is going on. My plinth beam level will be below dpc and 4-5 layers of bricks. Should I apply urp 301 and pidifin 2k on dpc and 5 layers of bricks? Is it a right procedure or do something else? Please suggest. Appreciate all your help in advance.
