if there is some rough tiles on my roof and i have to construct first floor now, then is it necessary to break all the setup of tiles and concrete over the slab ? should the demolition of all the tiles needs to be done first or not ?

Sir this is very preliminary which you have explained but the main case is leakage @ floor & the battle starts with the person staying below the only perfect solution is pressure grouting , yes cleaning is very must & plumbing material quality should be the 1st class. This should be carried out only Reputed civil engineer. The waterproofing chemicals in market are just useless it should be as per the physical inspection & then the mix to be designed
Please guide me if we have to change tiles in bathroom or floor area in any part of flat then do we have to get it do e edge to egde installation or we should vive some gap and then get it filled with grouting material. Which one you will recommend. Pls advise

Thank you🙏 sir. Ours is newly constructed building. (1, 2).from 2nd floor bathroom it's leaking and water dropped off the backside of the building. But not from sewage pipe. But under the sewage pipe. What to do? Can you please sujjest me sir? Can we put groteen on old one or put new tiles. It's 6×6..How much it may cost for each. Which is better? 🙏

I like your videos for the information is quite to the point. However, I would like to suggest, if I may, that you shoot your videos on site if possible. This will be helpful to make the videos more visual for those who do not understand things by just listening. Thank you for your interest and insight.
I believe joints should always be pressure test all pipeline and drains. The pressured pipes should be left for 24 hours and shouldn't loose the pressure. This is non negotiable for me because all modern good quality showers need atleast 1-bar pressure to enjoy it.

Please put up a video with demo of how the spout is to fixed, which seems to be a good solution to bathroom leakages.
He won't put up. It's just a myth he came up with. Just think, water flows anywhere it gets space, why would all of the water just go toward the spout pipe to get out. Leakage could be from anywhere not just from the region near spout pipe.
