True but a little sad about the position selection. IRL I was a safety and id like to play that but still they wont allow it which is just EA being EA.
@@Radzui that’s true but maybe with future releases, more positions will be available.
Facts I was mad about the no highschool but look like it's going to be ok.....they should've gave us a option to red shirt though....to make it longer than 4yrs.... probably will be in 26 though
@@thefabians3632i had originally heard if you dont play much your freshman year the game would redshirt you automatically

This mode legitimately looks great and has a lot to build on. All we need is a high school section to play games where play earns the star ratings, and earns what offers you can get. I've always appreciated the high school sections to earn an offer or a combine to determine draft slotting on these modes where I have to play or do well
they really set a high floor w/ this game. Hopefully it will be easy for them to add stuff on.

One thing that would love is after you play through college, you can decide to go into coaching and start off as a coordinator or a head coach at a lower level school.
So from RTG to Coach mode Dynasty. And players when coaching at Alma matter get a boost

One thing I’ve always wanted in sports games career modes is the possibility of getting injured. Going 15 years in the nfl with no type of injury even if minor just ruins some of my immersion.

I wish they made certain benefits with starting with a low star/overall player.. like more mental abilities for the lower star players while higher star player gets physical
I like how they put in the huddle about how it’s going to keep getting more real life for each new game. Like actually doing commercials
Seems to be similar to superstar mode and a lot like road to the Heisman form 06. Something I balls they add in eventually are lost game interviews and conferences. That would help a ton with the immersion.
These menus are very nostalgic. I like what I'm seeing!

If given the option to study film they should run the play in key moments of the games, example if you don’t study then you wouldn’t expect the double move on third an long in the clutch
If they ever make a 2k for college basketball they should have crossplay where you can be a two sport athlete with the same character and at the end of four years choose which league you want to go on depending on how well you did in each sport
I remember reading a magazine 5-7 years ago about talking about a new cfb game I’m here now god bless
I’ll miss HS but hopefully the extra stuff in the mode makes up for it being gone

I think they should add the option to move to the draft in madden or become a coach in college.
I hope they will have a freshman or transfer come in to challenge my spot. Spring/summer battles will keep the game from getting stale

I rarely play player career modes, but this looks promising. Longshot was kinda decent, but nothing has been even that good since madden 18.
RTG will probably end up being the first mode I play. I like to take my time planning any Dynasties I build so to bridge the gap I'll play RTG
I still play ncaa 13. Never got 14 so I’ll definitely be getting this game purely for rtg

I could see creating a 2-3 star player and playing my Freshman and/or Sophomore year at a smaller college, then using the transfer portal to transfer to a power 5 school and compete for the natty! 😍

Like everything they showing and able to go over to madden, but did they take out that after your college career is over you can choose to start a dynasty with your character to coach with them, like in ncaa14

I am hoping that if College Football is a HIT and is a well done game... maybe this will force the Madden team to step their game up.
Only thing that I’m a tad bummed out for is no rtg multiplayer mode the gameplay on here seems way better suited than Madden, was hoping we could finally get a better version of the yard where the developers actually tried hopefully next year tho
Wish would have added more positions such *(DE, DT, FS, SS, & TE)* like in the older NCAA Games. But hey maybe, due to importing your player to Madden, they may have something to do with it. But hopefully, they will add them to the game *next year* or in the *future* .

It is gonna be so hard to stay away from streams/videos of this during early access until the 19th. I ended up only pre-ordering the standard edition but while I'm excited, I'm gonna keep my expectations tempered until I dive deep into not only RTG but dynasty.
I have that same temptation. I want to see the actual experiences on video to understand what to expect, but I also want to avoid them, and react to them firsthand. The same way that people don't like spoilers in a TV show or movie
