2016 Grizzly 700 EHS Big Three Power Pack Part 1: Installation

I install the full Barker's exhaust, EHS modified airbox and intake, and EHS fuel programmer. Part 2 will have all before and after performance data.
For those wondering, yes, I realized I never came back to the small piece of insulation at the end of the exhaust install. This piece gets installed on the inside of the plastic side panel where the exhaust makes the turn down. Barker's exhaust claims it may not be totally necessary, but they found that when it gets very hot, if a riders leg is pressing on the plastic hard enough, it will start to melt the plastic,. I did install it on mine, I just forgot to get it on camera. Thanks for watching!

I understand that this is your first time replacing the exhaust system else you would have strip everything off before you install the new exhaust as it would have made the job so much easier. Plus once strip off, cleaning, waxing the interior or whatever needs to be done inside before putting everything back.

Nice Video, but why did you take off the rear fenders just to take out the airbox? I got a 2021 XTR and did the same Airbox mod and got it out without all that extra work.

Any exhaust works good but this one has a 5hp increase over any other exhaust

for 5hp doesnt pay too expensive

@@jacquespage888 they have proof that it increases 10whp which is about 18bhp based off stock Dyno numbers
