Usually a 2 bedroom apartment in Baguio ranges from 10k - 15k depending on the location. While a 2 bedroom unit in a newly built building is much cheaper in La Trinidad. It ranges from 7,500 - 12k.
Dapat talaga abolish yung provincial wage rate.
Is it considered a lot to be a college student receiving 20,000/month for allowance?
I think that depends on your lifestyle... 20k is already big amount as allowance for a student 😊

lot prices here in Baguio is one of the most expensive lots in the ph. cheapest is 20k/sqm and highest is 70k/sqm. only multi multimillionaire can affird to buy lot here. imagine, 100sqm lang pero 3M daw.
