2. If one wants to exclude a natural successor from the property, is there a need to state specifically in the will that you are excluding that person and the reasons there off (for self earned property)

If someone is an US citizen but born Indian and also has been a resident of India for few years and If that person has only son and has movable and immovable assets in India, what happens then? Hello sir,
Father's self acquired property ( sale deed given by BDA Bangalore Development Authority) . He made hand writen will written in will as " All moveable ( charasthi) and immovable (sthirasthi) "should go to his wife ( ie my mother ) With 2 witnesses. He was no more. About 20years over.
Q-1) why BBPM ' Demand no objection Affidavit given by all children ' to transfer khatha to his wife? and Is it correct? Reply soon.
Q-2) The property got by his wife by way o will, is it a self acquired property or ancestors property? Clarify soon.
Q-3) My mother is no more. She made a Registered will. As per will all children got a unequal share in the property ( house). Now first son not ready to sign the document which is to give to BBMP and he is demanding huge amount to put signature and other children not in position to give even Rs100/-. So now what we have to do? Give reply.
Note: Nearly 2 years before my mother passed away, she faced lot of multiple health problems and hospitalized about 10 times and it came all together 2 months in that about 15 days in ICU. Her 1st son & her elder sose only look after her and spend lakhs rupees and not allowed the other children to look after our mother and to spend money for her treatment. Give opposite meaning to NOTE eg good× bad.
Sir please see that we should be over come from this problem at the earliest.

Please let me know about Hindu succession act. Whether I have a right to write in will my ancestral property to my nephew because I'm not married.

Does she has right to give it to anyone or it should be given to her family only?

As Prashant Sir quoted one example in this above video, same incident happened in our life too. We wanted to know can we raise a voice on it.
We (elder brother) are staying in abroad & our younger brother brainwashed our mother (retired govt employee in India) & have done a WILL infavour of him. Which says 3 houses in his name + all mother bank savings too. Only Fixed deposit (exact figures not mentioned in the WILL) will go to elder’s brother name. This all happened during our absence (As we were locked in abroad during Pandemic period)
But we noticed that there is no FD’s in mother name, when we came back to see our mother.
Can we give a complaint to nearest police station or do we need to consult a criminal lawyer to get the solution.

Really! It's sad the property matter has become a controversial matter. This has become a mint to lawyers of earning. The judiciary matter must be settled at an earliest stage, with the retrospective orders. This is very important e.g., if an order modified it should come into force from only that date, not should apply to the previous rules/Laws. Especially in cases where it is necessary. It may reduce moving a ordinary to the court.
Ancestors property of 4 yekars cultivated land. Two married wives & two sons for each wife,Hindu family. Terminated from Military service.
Can I write a will one yekar of land for each son. Please advise.
