Favorite Hard Rock Band. I've seen them in concert 6 times and actually had tickets to see them again in September 2020 but the show has of course been moved to August 2021. Such a great rock band.
One of the biggest realities that will hit people through this quarantine/virus is how reliant they are on others. Most people hav e no idea how to hunt, farm, cultivate. They think food comes from a store. They have no idea how much processing it takes to get to the store. We're going to see people going hungry and having no idea how to produce their own food. I grew up farming, and raising horses ( I still do) I can provide for my family, and help a part of my community that needs it, but people in the cities are in for a shock. I work in Detroit (I don't live there) and am already seeing people start to worry.

The songs words are very true see instead of stopping and thinking about what’s happening in the world what we’re doing and how we can fix it we rather not think about it we’d rather just sit at home we’d rather live like nothings happening but one of these days reality is going to hit humanity Full force right in the face
The songs of Disturbed I am most familiar with are Down with the Sickness, Ten Thousand Fists, Stupify and they have a great cover of Land of Confusion. I saw them in 2003 at Ozzfest, great performance!

I found Disturbed from their cover of Simon and Garfunkle's Sound of Silence and was very impressed. I haven't heard this song but as you said, it's very appropriate for these times.

I love metal and even so many videogames, comic books, and really all music genres but really metal for being a voice of activism. And it's called unholly or satanic because just like you said it's an ugly truth and we want change. I love this song but I cry every time. I found this channel because I keep looking for someone who will react to this song. It's a powerful song, the visuals are almost physically painful.
This reminds me of a video from Five Finger Death Punch called coming down, it talks about suicidal thoughts and depression
Never truer words than what you said. David joined Hyro the Hero in an interesting song "We Believe." At first, I didn't think much of it because of the genre. But the more I listened to it, the message behind it became more clear and it really grew on me. Give it a listen and see what you think.

Wow. I totally loved your reaction. I knew i will love it. Thank you for reacting to that song. Old but gold as the saying goes. Beside any song like this is always applying to modern days since the best thing that humanity knows how to do is distroying things.
If you want other Disturbed songs i can recommand Hold on to memories as a tribute to the ones we lost during this pandemic and not just now. Also a great song with more of a positive message is A reason to fight. It can apply to all sort of illnesses and addictions and hard situations and is a message of hope saying there is always a reason to fight so we can see another day and a better life.
