It's always nice to see new art forms, Video games was the obvius one these last few decades but there's so many others. I suppose it could be considered a subset of dancing, depends on how narrowly you define any particular art type.
She does fall at 0:14, but she recovers so fast that you can barely see it. She first gets pushed upwards, while that she is making herself straight, and recovers right after that when shes falling

Just because it was recorded vertically doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing. Think about it logically. What they're recording is a tall tube. What's important for capturing everything in this shot is to have a tall field of view.
