When I listen to this music, I remember my childhood stories. When I was in my mother's arms, it was great. I cried a lot.
I can just sit, exist and listen to this. It is not intrusive, I am not feeling intense emotions and I can just be inside, in my shelter. Love Olafur's creations. Thank you!

Remember that in Buddhist psychology there is anger, but behind anger there is sadness and behind sadness there is confusion. Those are the three steps to enlightenment. Know that anger is sadness and sadness is confusion. Maybe that helps and please, do not take yourself too serious. Sometimes it is good to just let go and be someone else. This is not sad music. Not to me and, I guess, to a LOT of other people. This is CALM music, soothing music that relax your heartbeat and makes your brain release endorphin and other neurochemicals that reduce anxiety, for instance. Where did you get your information from? Not from peer reviewed research articles in neuroscience, I guess. It's misleading and wrong, actually. Be careful with this kind of judgment based on your subjective opinion.
