Desert Empress (for Pops Orchestra)

A rousing piece for pops orchestra, written in honor of the majestic vistas of Mount Whitney rising above the California deserts. Premiered by the Reno Pops in 2017 and winner of the 2016 Reno Pops 'Composer Night' competition for Pops Orchestra.
