Thanks for the trip around the block in a model T, model T! Haha! Model T in a model T! I'm seeing double! Must be Tee many martoonies! Have a great weekend!
My wife & I recently took a " learn to drive model T " at the Sacramento automobile museum. So much fun & it was sponsored by the local model T club. Their model A class is not available anymore due to lack of volunteers/ cars😔 one of their model A's caught fire. We did get to drive a 1914 roadster!!!! 🤟😎
Outstanding - thank you both so much for this. The differences between the Model T and the Model A are astounding. More proof, we've always lived in a world of change. I agree with Bob on the transmission - in many regards - this was the first semi-automatic transmission offered in a car. God bless, have a great week ~ Chuck
I was waiting for you to jump into the driver seat and take it for a test drive Model T!!! Drive it like you stole it. Great video Model T. Thanks for sharing
@@patmccarthy5069 😂😂😂😂 that would have been fun, but it’s so busy there with people walking everywhere that I’m to nervous to drive there lol, Bob actually almost backed into a person because they were just walking aimlessly and in his blind spot, thankfully I saw them just in time from my view just in time!
Fascinating. And to think that since then and to this day Ford still makes inline 4 cylinder motors albeit turbocharged as part of their Ecoboost line.
Hi Tina! Thanks for the super-interesting video about the Model T! Was always fascinated by the transmission system that the T has. Back in the day, they used to push the brake and feathered the reverse pedal to slow down better. It was very bad for the transmission, though. Read that somewhere. Have a good weekend!
A T with a T, great video showing the Model T. I can see why Edsel pushed Henry to upgrade to the Model A. I would think that the T was accident prone? Thanks for sharing the Gilmore T experience. KY Ken
@@Kybossls thank you 💕 ya Model A is definitely better but at the same time it’s sad that Henry didn’t keep some of the charm of the Model T, some things seems more upscale.

Well, it's not a Corvette but I still love it. Thanks for the tour.

@@festerhairball6588 so awesome, that’s where we got to drive our first Model T also! Ya it was sad when that Model A burned 😢

That was very cool.👌
That would take a while to get used to.
@@calsurflance5598 ya, one of those rub your belly in a circle while patting the top of your head moments 😂

Then you get in your everyday car and go into a roundabout, and have a total brain fart!😱
@@calsurflance5598 😂😂 I hate those turn abouts!!!
Awesome video Tina. Those Model Ts were complicated to operate. It’s a good thing that Model As had standard controls.
Takes a little time to get used to them. But I drive mine all over town. Don't try to keep up with traffic!
They’re all so cool. My favorite are the brass era T’s. Great video! I’d love to learn to drive one of these.
@@matteo-r07 yes, I love all of that decorative brass! Take care 💕
