How is 100 %efficient? You are getting 13.5v and 15.5A that's 210 watt of output. Your panels are 400 watt. So from 400 watt you are getting 200 watt... I m getting 13.5v 20A from my 450watt panels using cm3024z charge controller. And it's one day output AH are 125Ah. Tough it's still not at optimal angle and direction. How many ah you get from it on one day?

Yes installed between pv .lithion no we dont have such batteries.
