Although they will handle 150v or so, the effiencey is around 1.5 x battery voltage, to 2 x battery voltage, but must be above battery voltage, usually around 2-6v to allow for mppt tracking,
Hello Bro, please can you or Sean Buckner, do a full detail set up or setting on the makeskyblue, lots of people liking them and I think that will help promote this product, though it sounds simple, one of the pro on this needs do some explaining,,,,,,, thanks in advance
any plans for a hybrid inverter/solar charge controller? I really like the idea of shipping the transformer in its own box like the new powerjack 25kw and 30kw inverters
I really like mine too. I've been using 2x60A controllers. The only thing I don't like is the auto-range detection because I have a 36V bank and if I connect the controller at ~40V, it thinks that it is a low power 48V system.
60 AMP MPPT for a little over a HUNDRED BUCKS!!! UP TO 150 VOLT SOLAR INPUT Thay are HEAVY That newer ones have two TOROIDAL transformers The older ones had three little bit smaller ones With only two larger instead of three smaller Transformers You have less one less driver circuit Less parts less to go wrong Thay also changed the components around on the board 60 AMP MPPT LITTLE OVER 100 BUCKS!! I have had two for over a year ordered two more I now have four NO WORRIES SET IT FORGET IT!!! Thay are EASY TO PROGRAM Just follow the simple instructions When I can afford it I will be ordering me a back up even though I don't think I will ever need it HEAVY GOOD QUALITY MPPT
Yes I am very happy with mine mine say all the way up to 96 volts on the board inside I cant remember but would like to know if it would change a 96 volt bank of batterys if any one knows
@@ambersmith6517 If you had two panel arrays and two controllers, you could use one for the lower 48 Volt string and one for the upper 48 Volt string of batteries. Just be sure that your units are isolated from each other except at the common 48 Volt junction between strings.
Hi, Nice video, I'm a new subscriber to your youtube channel, pls I have some problem with my makeskyblue scc, the setting button on the lcd isn't working and how can I stop the e74 error that due appear on the screen, can they be fix.
Thanks , I just commented on this a couple videos ago, I like to buy cheap stuff that works well, a midnite classic150 would be awesome, but cost a ton, I can spend that money on battery and panels, thanks again!
Yes your video was very informative, Thanks.

There are different voltage input maxes, depending on your battery bank voltage.
The outside looks like like a powmr but the inside are completely different

Hello, is the setting for lead acid and seal battery the same , thanks for your assistance
Anyone know how to reset the Acct counter? Bought a 30A used but want to reset that counter for me. 😂
does ACC mean ACCumulated power generation? no info regards this. if so, have you determined how to reset the counter?

Yep, upper limit for the 36V system is 39V. 40V starts the 48V system area.

I will be getting one on Saturday and I will be calling him for some help in setting it up
I like his units. I have two of the 30s. Too bad you didn't get a V119 as it would have had WIFI.
I have 2 on the wall with wifi.
@@GenetrySolar How do they play with your new WIFI boards for the inverters?
Work just fine. The wifi board is not aware of them, only battery voltage
