Quick question: we recently switched from the std license to the pro license for all our rooms. But my rooms are not showing up in the rooms page of pro portal. they are correctly assigned the pro license for over a week now. And still no sign of them in pro portal, rooms tab. Any idea ?

Is there a way to set notification emails? As in the device goes offline and you get an email with the details?
