Thankyou for making this videos, also if you can make more troubleshooting videos for Mtr devices will be a great help.

      Thank you for watching.
Regarding troubleshooting. What things are you wanting to see. I don't have to do a lot of troubleshooting in my lab. I see a lot of bugs and report to Microsoft.

Thank you for walking through this! Are you able to edit a pre-existing Custom Role to have RA capabilities? Or once you enable RA, do you have to set up Custom Role from scratch?

Thanks for watching. You can modify any existing custom roles.

Logitech added this same feature with their Rally Bar's and Tap/Tap IP but it works at the hardware level so it doesn't matter if you're running Zoom, Teams, etc. Where as this solution looks to be Teams specific.

Correct. The Teams Pro portal can now connect to Windows rooms but android is coming too. This is regardless of the OEM
And as you said. Logi added two ways to connect to the hardware specifically for appliances (android not windows).

nice feature. would be even better if you could RDP to the mini PC as well to resolve issues. I find most of the issues are OS related and I cant access the device :( Still its progress!

You can enable rdp. But that won't get you to the console properly. You can enable Intune remote help apparently but I've never tried it.

Hi Randy I have encountered a problem that I cannot interact with the remote UI at all, pointer isn’t interacting with the buttons and I am stuck with the touch panel display even I click to switch to other displays. Confirmed that I have modify rights as well

Make sure you are using Edge. And look at the prerequisites in the Microsoft site just in case
