@@GarethJason it has everything to do with negative self damage from the explosion it self. although gunboats with more than 100% damage reduction would probably heal too.
Or sometimes you have a sanvich or dynamite pack that has a value of 0 so you can never use it This can be checked if you just switch theoo your weapons via the "next/previous weapon" commands
I love how they use the original weapon's animations insted of that janky ass shit from the randomizer tf2 servers. Also they all do the Sandvish animation, wich is beutifull.

Kinda curious on why aiming with the Sniper Rifle gets them in an A-pose though. I wonder if something is unique to the aim animation that makes it bug out on any other class that isn't Sniper.

Everything is actually randomized like a mini gun can shoot rockets but the thing I like the most about it is the classes can hold a different gun normal
