You were found to be intoxicated in this instance (after receiving a warning letter in 2016 for a previous infraction of 33 Rules) and that's it. Unless you have access to beaucoup bucks, I would take this a lesson learned the hard way and not pursue the lawsuit. (P.S. No, I'm not in the 33 Club. he said he had a medical condition drinking red wine, it exasperates it. Why the hell was he drinking red wine then? You’re at Disney World in the first place and plays for children, not an adult princess and prince. I feel very fortunate, that I am poor, I am blind, I live independently, and I can walk back into the fourth to the grocery store, to get my groceries with a cooler bag, that actually has wheels on it. it’s pretty nice that people could just throw money like this. When there are other people who really need it. In the end, God’s going to be the judge of them. I can’t wait for that.
Disney people definitely are. " special "
He says ..gonna continue the fight..just like a alcoholic
Assuming their story is legit, while I feel bad I’d say why would I continue to want to go where I’m not wanted? If forced to allow their return I doubt they will be made to feel welcome. I know I’d feel awkward coming back. I think I would have sued for the balance of that years cost of admission back and left it alone. It’s not like modern day Disney is Walt’s Disney of yesteryear. Plus Disney treats their employees like crap, especially college interns. Talk about taking advantage!
My brother-in-law made a bet that he could get into Club 33. He managed to get 6 people into Club 33.
Awfully expensive for a club. What else is going on in there? You don't spend 400k to eat dinner.
Oh man...
It's so nice to know others are suffering hard! I mean, there are people out there losing their homes, jobs, etc, but at least we know that we are ALL having a hard time...
*Eye roll times a BAJILLION*
Dear Lord, please bless this couple with something more important to think about.
It's very upsetting to see the things some wealthy people have to deal with in their existence.
Please. People have real problems. That club and the couple they fleased are stupid. Get back to the news.
Can we all agree that Disney adults are the WORST!
What the freak what is wrong with these couple.. they want to continue to fight for what they want .. they won’t take no for an answer! $400k is no joke for loosing a lawsuit! Omg what a lunatic people! 😱🙄
An exclusive and, to all intents and purposes, a private club such as The 33 Club has their own set of rules. This is not being pulled over on the roadside for a possible DUI situation where you have the right to a Breathalyzer and/or blood test. They don't have to do this. I've been to Disney World once in my 64 years and was a cast member at a Disney Store for a couple of years.)
Why would you want to be part of a club that allows for its staff to be mistreated by its members? Birds of a feather.
And here I am thinking I was crazy for buying 2 pairs of shoes in 1 day lol.
Funny!! I’ve had the same thought when I splurge on the organic blueberries! What was I thinking?! How extravagant!
