    Yours is by far the best layouts for financial tracking . Going to definitely use this for my standard TN

    Tori , I love your budget planner. I have been searching youtube for weeks looking for a nice simple budget system. Your system is perfect for me. You explained every step so well. Simple and easy. Thank you for sharing.

      Oh wow thank you so much for this feedback! My biggest goal was to just explain it so it seemed easy so that’s super reassuring of you to say. You’ll have to update me and let me know if you try it!

      I'm anxious to set up this system as soon as possible. I will keep in touch.

    i just got my first TN (trying to use it as a wallet/budget system, too), and i'm REALLY trying to get better at not impulse spending and actually budgetting myself. this was so helpful, and i am ending up using something very similar to what you've explained here. thank you for the info and the extra motivation!

    This is such a simple yet effective setup! And I love that your budget allows for some personal spending - trying to go truly no spend is so hard to stick to, which is unmotivating in itself! Great video, as always ❤

    Your take on the "No Spend" makes so much sense. I'm pretty sure the "No-Spenders" are spending on groceries to eat. I always took it as people will "No Spend" on anything not essential.

    I used to track my finances similarly but fell off most likely because it conflicted with my planner habits at the time. But with how I want to utilize my journals going forward, especially my Passport TN, I feel inspired by your layout! I didn't know Sarica also sold TN grid inserts with the Tomoe River S paper so I definitely am happy to stumble across this video!

    This was so helpful, Tori! How do you and your husband manage your finances together? I love being able to track my own finances but we’re not on the same page with the granularity of tracking spending.

    • @torionpaper
      @torionpaper  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Ah thank you so much! This is honestly something we still need to work on together, we each have our own bank accounts and are responsible for “paying” specific bills but we basically help each other out when needed especially with groceries, gas, activities, etc. We try to share the load about as equally as we can but don’t really have a set system currently

    • @torionpaper
      @torionpaper  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      He’s also not a huge spender so I’ve never really felt like we needed to “track” his spending or variable expenses. I hope that makes sense!

    Hi I am a baby boomer generation. So do not take this wrong but you are giving to much personal information on your credit cards personal cards etc. on the TH-cam we live in 2024 and there is such a thing as Identity Theft and there are some very weird people in these times. Love your videos on the journals though.
