I cut down the a5 memo book from hobonichi for my traveler's notebook. I love it because those memo books are very thin and also have the grid that you like!
Thank you so much for this. I’ve used this system for several years and still got some good ideas! I’ve never purchased the storage systems but you sold me. 📕
I have been using a passport as a wallet for about a year and a half, with the blank insert it came with as a monthly and I'm seriously thinking about moving permanently to it next year because of how portable and efficient a system it is. Less hassle and replicated information that way. I love your inserts, they're so pretty! Definitely a huge inspiration.
Thanks for so much the detailed information. I have seen a lot of similar videos that aren’t as helpful since they just focus on the artsy side of things.
Loved watching this! Where did you get those charms on the standard size notebook? Also what is that on the leather cover? Is that a special edition notebook or did you put those symbols on the cover yourself?
Very informative video! I am new to the TRC world... in regard to being "Team Cream", I am wondering if you know of a correction tape that matches the cream paper? I am a Hobonichi girl & love the thin but mightiness & versatility of the Tomoe River paper & I see that Baum-kuchen has a grid Tomoe River paper in cream. Thoughts?
Sorry again, but are you using a pencil board in the regular size? I discovered them recently, and I'm trying o figure out its use. Do they worth it, and how do you use them? 😊
Quick question, when you say Midori MD cream insert/ paper, are you referring to the insert of the traveler's book in cream (025) or is there one you are buying from another line of midori?
You seem to be a pro in the bujo world so I'll try my luck w/ this q. Is there a paper company where I can get custom inserts made (i.e selecting my paper and page count )?? Subbed!
Hello! I’m not Lindsey, however I can point you to Etsy for your boutique insert needs. I think it’s a bit rarer anymore to find a completely custom insert shop, but you can always ask the proprietor. I’ve gotten custom-ish stuff from Paper Penguin Co (asked for 3.7mm grid instead of 5mm on Tomoe River paper). Paper Penguin and Good Inkpressions are shops I can highly recommend. Taroko Design does good stuff, also, but he’s more often out of stock.
I find such travel diaries absolutely useless. I don't like the format, cover and self-closing interchangeable booklet. The fountain pen, pen and pencil are great though…:)

Absolutely love your channel and info. Been using TJ for 3 years. It has changed my life!
I just bought my first TN and I'm SO excited to start using it (as a travel journal) and these tips were useful - thank you!!

Thank you! I love when I see people use the blank inserts bc you never know what they’ll be used for
Your observations and style are useful and welcome. I must, however, say that I do enjoy your voice and manner, also. Thank you.

Just bought several good ink impression inserts for my olive passport. 3 graph, 2 undated weekly and a 12 month insert. Thank you!
I'm really hoping that 2024 gonna be my traveller notebook years ... 🤞 because this year was so chaotic ...

This video was exactly what I needed. Thank you!
Beautiful video! What do you use to keep the lines straight in the blank journals, like the MD cream coloured notebook?
When does Traveler’s Company come out with their yearly release product?
Unsure, I think late September early October
Usually in October. Hobonichi is September.
Very informative video!

how do you glue paper etc in a way that the pages don't wrinkle? Do you use a specific glue?
What size extra bands to purchase for a passport or personal size? Love your videos.
A lovely helpful video….. waiting for the new bits and bobs to come out 😃
Thank you! I’m excited to see what the theme is for sure
Love all the items you shared. For the Goodinkpressions notebooks, how many pages do you get ?
Thanks! I get the 120 pg insert
@@lindseyscribbles Thank you ! I will order some to try.
Which edition of the regular size do you have? I don't recognize the embossing.

Is the brass clip made of lead free brass?
But what about the charms and the brass tags which I can’t find on their webpage? Aren’t those accessories?
