I love the style on both the supernatural and sci fi parts like how the metal feels like a science experiment gone wrong while the supernatural parts look abstract
The problem with making an Elysium-like is that your game immediately gets compared on all fronts to one of the greatest possible lightning in a bottles of all time. You're immediately put on the defensive as people notice all the ways you inevitability fall short of DE. This may change as more Elysium-likes release, but for now I think you got to be real confident in your writing to successfully pull it off.
Ooh! This sounds right up my alley (Harebrained Schemes’ Shadowrun series is one of my all-time favorites). I don’t do a lot of kickstarters, but I’ll at least check out the demo; might be worth an exception.

I feel like I could do with a five-year moratorium on *punk adjacent games.
I can see that, but I'm personally gonna gobble up anything with weird tech and noir sensibilities.
