Hi Sameer thanks for your comments. There are videos available for both Trio C60 daisy chained (max 3) - bit.ly/3FXWxMa and pairing with EED2 for optimal speaker tracking - bit.ly/3lmaEkG if you combine both videos you should be ready to go... ☕️⚙️🎥
Hi Jan, thank you for your videos. Can you demonstrate how to integrate ceiling Mics(and what is the maximum ceillng Mics can be used) and two cascading EED II with G85-T room? Thank you again
Hi, thanks for your comments. See one of my latest videos about G85-T for Large Room DSP this video is specifically about those rooms multiple mics, EED2 cascade etc.. see also th-cam.com/video/bobFjCs8Is0/w-d-xo.html
Jan, in this config what base profile is correct to use on the c60? When I use teams some functionality is strange, like launching a meeting from the poly does not engage the EED or GC8. I want this to be seamless for users.
Hi thanks for your comments. In case of MTR on Windows you need to put Trio C60 in USB profile mode. It just follows with some basic controls like volume, mute etc on the GC8 controller...
Hi Jan, do you have any recommendations for the USB cable? I am using a poly studio x50 with a 20m active USB cable and usb- to usb-c cable and suffer from some really bad stability issues on the device mode. Do you have any tips for this?
Thats a good question. Wow In case of 20 meter you really need a high quality professional robust usb cable as the signal after 5 meters can already get into signal loss issues. My advice is usually to get in contact with AV integrators to look at your specific room scenario as you can change cable usb also to ethernet, extend via build in signal amplifiers etc... you could also try the fiber robust usb cable (10m, 25m or 40m) we deliver with Poly G Series the Teams Room System...
@@janzoetemelk thanks for this informetion, Jan. Do you happen to have the product number for the fibre optic USB and I'll speak with our local supplier? Thank you.
@@garyfox7806 sure you have 3 sizes type A to Type C # 10 meters - 2215-30711-001 # 25m - 2457-30757-025 # 40m - 2457-30757-040. You might want to try first if it works as I haven't tested myself and they are expensive... its a good point I will also try in future but my demo unit is at customer...
Good comments for optimal EED2 speaker tracking you can cancel out far end audio coming from Trio. This can easily be done by pairing Trio and EED2 over the network see my other video...
Thank you for the details. Do we have any Poly document explaining support of GC8 with 3 nos of C60 and Eagle Eye Director Camera.
