In my house, one clove of garlic really means 3 cloves of garlic! I received a molcajete for my birthday. Now I get to re-watch the video on how to season it. 🥰
Hey there! I like making salsa at home, too. Here's a recipe I really enjoy. 2 guallio chilies, 20 chilies de arbor, 6 tomatoes, half a white onion, and six cloves of garlic. The chilies I buy are dried, so I boil everything together in a large pot until the tomatoes blanch, the skin peels. Then I blend and season to taste. I usually do a tablespoon, each of salt, pepper, and cumin.
I’ve been watching this guys videos for like forever, the way he explains and makes the recipes is so much more simple and engaging then other creators. Keep it up Jose!
I don’t know if anybody has said it to you, but you do an amazing job showing how authentic Mexican food is made. I feel like home watching you, and you do a wonderful thing sharing the beauty of our food. Keep going!
Yes! More molcajete recipes please!
I never knew Gomez Addams is a a badass cook.

There is no one way of making salsa, but the mortar prep is 👌. The way things were made those days; Chunky texture.
As an Indian, I can relate it very much.
