I have seen the New York West Indies Carnival on TH-cam for 2022 , the streets were filled with cluttered, garbage and everything you can think of. People came from all over the world to see this secular event in Toronto this year 2023, and not one single piece of garbage on the streets. Everybody was behind the fences that was placed there to keep them from not jumping into the parade. I just can’t understand why some people can’t take care of their communities and still enjoyed themselves, although it was disgusting to watch the provocativeness of the parade. I saw it on the news and was pleased to see that the people of Toronto loved their community.
