Party parade organizers should pay all expensive cost to all police departments for policing their expensive street party parades, all cost for E.M.S. presence and total cost to clean up all the streets and all places the party goers trashed. Fairly and legally speaking, the city of Toronto, Provincial and Federal Government should be collecting all Payments from all the rich parade organizers. Nobody across the board should be allowed to scam nor game the system for their desired parties or parades. On a global scale, everyone respectfully, rightfully and legally pays upfront for their own parties or parades. No EXCEPTION to the RULES. Rule of law ❤ is paramount in all democratic countries.
