- "The hobbits gazed at Strider. It seemed that he was learned in old lore, as well as in the ways of the wild. 'Who was Gil-galad?' asked Merry; but Strider did not answer, and seemed to be lost in thought. Suddenly a low voice murmured....The others turned in amazement, for the voice was Sam's."

This song always bring me to a melancholy state, an immortal King who gave his life for what he believed in.
The best Gil-galad song!
'...The others turned in amazement, for the voice was Sam's.' Is probably one of ten biggest plot-twists in the entire works of Tolkien.
Alone she sang of fallen kings who dwelt in ancient ages. Her voice rang bore the thunder might for it made the mortal heart quiver. Yet sown within her speech there did lay majesty to surpass the meadow's wind , and so all who quivered before her words did so with wonder undying.
Her song of sorrow summoned sweet tears to innumerable eyes. Indeed, many among those who heard her believed Luthien, the fairest of all elves to ever dwell upon this world’s face, came anew but now in the shape of a human maiden. Such was Yolanda’s magnificence and mastery within the realm of music.
The second line is a bit hard to understand - otherwise, good poetry :)
You bring through your music the tale to life
Beautiful
Who else wants Yolanda to do a song for the new Amazon show coming out?
I do, I do!
Me!
me !
Yes please!
Be glad she didn’t with how it turned out. Full of plagerisms. Politics, gaslighting both within and without of the show. Money laundered. Getting sued bud several people including Tom Shippey and the king of England sooo.
Your music is simply incredible.
Thank you for taking the time to leave heartfelt comments on so many of my songs. It makes me so glad to know when my music reaches someone. Thanks so much for listening!
Oh my gosh! So happy it's finally finished. Loving that drum 😉💕💕💕
You should do a song from The Silmarillion or The Lays Of Beleriand. I think that you'd be amazing at it.
Yolanda, I ran out of superlatives long ago to adequately describe your music, so all I'm going to say is that this one is good. Powerful good! Yes, this is the same comment that I posted on Facebook, but I couldn't come up with anything else to say. Except maybe "Bravissima!"
Oh so beautiful! Thank you so much!
I love the song your name is referencing.
Just Angela I do too! :D
Okay, I paused the music for awhile while I comment. I CAN'T WAIT TO KNOW WHAT AMAZEMENT LIES AWAIT
I'm in love with this!
