I’ve tested 19 ammos and put the results on rimfire central and I’ve seen great performance from SK Rifle Match in my 1983 Ruger 10/22, TacSol XRing VR Takedown and CZ 457 Varmint MTR - great stuff
The sk rifle match is produced at the same production facility in Germany as the lapua center x. Best regards r to Rick and Ray. I tested today my cz 457 with the sk rifle match. Great weapon, great ammo. Best regards from Germany
I've had great luck with CCI Blazer 40 gr, I have 12 different 22 lr guns and they all shoot it very very good. Probably the best accuracy for the dollar. It shoots tighter groups than Center X in almost all my guns.
Another great video. I have found that sk standard shoots a tad tighter at 50 over the sk rifle match, but at 100 it reverses. I am using a bergara b14r. I enjoy your channel and the content. Oh I do watch Rick and x rings channels as well, all of you do a great job.
Salut Josh, I was not surprised by the good results of SK Rifle Match even if produced on “retired” equipment. I did request to you to shoot SK Rifle Match and more importantly RWS Match Rifle. The latter is the ammo that CZ use to test and send out their results with each new rifle 457 model in Europe, and I suggest it is not produced on “retired” equipment. You really should include the RWS Match rifle for that reason alone. Yes I appreciate that each individual rifle barrel may react differently, however at 50 metres with my CZ 457 MTR shooting RWS Match rifle, I have shot 0.27 MOA, measured by Ballistic-X software. Now to be honest being 67 years old I am not claiming I can do that consistently however RWS ammo is worth testing with your CZ 457 MTR, I feel sure you will not be disappointed. Production values still great .... well done! Cordialement RB
I consider this ammo the best that you have tested. That .74 group was def shooter. You had long dwell time in between breaking shots and that puts this Ammo outside of the eley in terms of group size.
@@spindrifter3395 yeah I agree. Its hard to say as even the eley match can produce a bad group every now and again. I appreciate the comment and you watching. Need all the views I can get with youtube on the guntuber war path
I'm having good results with the SK match, but i noticed that my groups spread like yours if gun gets hot... wonder if the type of lube has something to do with it? Yes sir exactly. Made on retired machinery when it can no longer produce center x - x act for lapua.
The SK Rifle Match is the most accurate ammo I've tested in my Zastava by Charles Daly. It shot groups right on par with your CZ. I like this ammo.

For a thinner barrel it can be barrel heat. I dont usually see issues with whether the targets or left or right.
Eley Match and Tenex is the same ammunition just a different batch test.
Some great groups there. Is the lilja barrel more accurate than the cz barrel?
It is across most ammo. But the mtr cz barrel is a great barrel too
