I bought a silicone brownie pan that has little squares and makes perfect individual brownies that plop right out. I am getting your book on Sep 3 from Amazon. A bit delayed, they said! Thanks Chef. This was excellent ! I put some vanilla flavored coconut yogurt on top of a small piece, and sprinkled on some cacao nibs . I could have eaten the whole batch.
I made these today and they are delicious. I used date paste from the Date Lady and I was worried because my batter was really thick but they baked for 30 minutes and turned out perfectly! Thank you Chef AJ

My book came yesterday!! I was so happy about his. I ordered mine over a month ago and have been dreaming ever since. 😂 Yay! So excited to try everything especially the caramel nut tart. Have a question about sweet potatoes. We don’t have regular access to white ones here in Canada. We’re lucky to get purple ones sometimes. Any suggestions for what to use instead? Not sure if regular white or yellow potatoes could be used to replace them. Have you tried these recipes just using these? Curious what your thoughts are and anyone else who can help. Thank you. Your recipes look easy and not a bunch of odd ingredients required so that is a bonus. I love your red lentil chili and eat it several nights a week over a sweet potato and broccoli on the side, very filling and delicious. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes that are also good for the body!
As a diabetic I find carbs cause increase in blood sugars. I have had to eliminate beans from my diet. I will be making these for family and friends though! Thanks chef!
You should research Mastering Diabetes” with Cyrus Khambatta and Robby Barbosa, it might change your perspective on diabetes management:) It worked for me!

I make a chocolate beetroot cake. Beetroot makes it lovely & moist & dark.

That's why we eat, is to raise our blood sugar.
