I've been an RN for 24 years and have been doing career day events for 22 years. They're ALWAYS fun and rewarding experiences. Tomorrow I'll be doing my first elementary school career day (I've only done high school in the past) so this video was helpful! I ordered 2 dozen disposable stethoscopes for them to use. I will try to print up some coloring pages tomorrow morning. It'll be a challenge and hopefully a learning opportunity to adjust my normal presentation to this age group. Thankfully it's a fair style event so the kids will be walking around to the different tables.
