I broke my chassis clean in half once, but it didn't fly apart cause the top brace held on for dear life.

I think it is a testament to Traxxas engineering how hard you bash their equipment and it keeps coming back for more and how quickly a rig can go from carnage to back bashing. Love the videos and the hard runs.
I’ve been waiting for this video for a while now. That was absolute insanity. I’ve put my x maxx through some crazy abuse (lost control and hit a stop sign flat out) but ripping it in half is another level. It’s amazing how much damage these things can take with minimal repairs. Can’t wait to see the rebuild video. Keep ripping!

I would die just to even have the money to own a traxxxas xmaxx. And when I seen it the xmaxx. Driven till it's end it tore me apart. He's blessed he has the money to even afford all these high dollar rc cars and fix them when damaged. I sure hope I'll be able to do things like this one day

I was thinking I bash hard, broke some rpm race duty cvd metal drive shafts in my 3s slash but that seems much much extreme dude, wonder if you can still make that esc work after soldering. Looking forward to the rebuild vid!

What amazes me more than anything about this video is..I get my new X-Maxx, drive it gingerly around my puny yard for 10 minutes amd the steering goes out. Yet in this video after all that, the only thing working IS THE STEERING.

Can you imagine if Toys all came to life like toy story, and you had the unfortunate luck of being in Kevin Talbot's Toy chest? If you make it more than 30 minutes, or through one battery without splitting in half, then your doing better than most.
I've seen you bash that thing hard and have some bad crashes, but this takes the cake Kev. That looks like a several hundred dollar (or in your case pounds) fix.

you will love the x maxx. When the stock esc blows, get a max 6. Also if the motor goes for any reason get the 1600kv as opposed to the 1275 that is stock in the version 2. the 1600 was the version 1 motor
