Overall I think you have cleaner mixing. There are a couple times that you can feel a compositional shift like in "Hey All, Secret Here" having a more pronounced portamento at the end of the notes. That change in particular makes it feel like a much closer recreation of the original without sacrificing too much Pizza Tower identity.

A Sneaky Secret wow that was pretty cool OST - yeah
Frankly the Pissy Secret was better because it didn't have the little Megalovania part. Everything else was pretty gewd.
