I see a few comments about Dede's character saying they don't like her acting and stuff!! But I think she's meant to be a little childish a tad bit Goofy even... she's super cute!!

Na its not just childish, her reactions always look obviously fake. I'm not going to say she is a bad actress but she definitely needs a lot of work. When a good actor is given a role, its not supposed to feel as though they are acting a role but rather they become who they act and embody it. She has not been able to do that still. While she should not be castigated she also needs to be told the truth otherwise she would see no reason to work on her acting and improve.
