Individual scores:
Sensory: 3 (some sensory impairment)
Moisture: 4 (skin is dry)
Activity: 3 (walks occasionally )
Mobility: 4 (makes major and frequent changes in position )
Nutrition: 3 (eats adequately)
Friction and shear: 2 (maintain good position in a chair but occasionally slides down)
Total: 19
Hi dear, thanks for uploading it. Am a bit confused. We got the same expect in nutrition where I got 4.. becos she eats most of the food and not on any tube feeding. Thanks anticipating for your reply
Have seen my correction. Thanks
@@kenechukwu.c.ezenwuba6549 Remember in number 3 says OR so it can be either. But 3 says eats over half of most meals which is exactly what senario says.It cannot be 4 because 4 says most of every meal
Thanks a lot

Thankyou for the video kindly would you explain further on the sensory part i had 2 since the person has impairment that affect half of the body from having pain
Sensory perception score i am confused is it 2 because she cant feel pain over 1/2 the body🤔
hey Emer, thanks for the upload, i actually don't know if this question will be answered on time however i will still go ahead .i notice that under friction/shear part your answer was 2 an i am confused as checking the last statement of the scenario to be SHE MAINTAINS RELATIVELY GOOD POSITION IN A CHAIR BUT OCCASIONALLY SLIDES DOWN which matches with option 3 on the scale. plz can you clarify this . thanks a bunch.
I think the answer is 2 because she slides down which can cause friction
Hi, I would just like to ask whether they will be providing us with a Braden assessment tool on the actual exam? Or should we memorise it?
Braden tool is present on the exam. Good luck
Hi, thank you! Are the scenarios at OSCE that easy? Because in this one it's pretty much straight. I've got some scenarios with no information for some topics such as moisture or nutrition. What to do in this case? Or are those wrong?
Thank you so much. I'll have my OSCE this week and I'm pretty much desperate already.
Hi on the exam the braden scenarios are straightforward. Please look for the keywords and analyse the scenario carefully. At the end of the scenario there is a summary. Best of luck
My score is 20. Breakdown pls. Thanks!🤗
Could you please send the answers in each category... instead of giving the total score
Thank you
hi emerson, i just wanna ask, if i work in another trust, can i still join your trust for the OSCE review? pls enlighten me..

Hey the tool will be provided , no need to memorise
@@EmerDiego thank you very much

Is the pressure area assessment a silent station or we will need to verbalize our assessment to the examiner ?
Its a silent writing station
I m confuse with sensory perception
According to the scenario it should be 2 1/2 of body
Please check
Thank you
She has sensory impairment but she is not moaning. She verbalise and responds to commands
Could you please tell me What is the score for sensory perception here?
3
My trainer has scored this as 19 because of "that side of her body" and it's really confusing what to score for sensory perception 😢
Sensory scores 3
all my answers are correct 😃
