This Dr. was the bomb. She knew her stuff and the prosecution was flawless. I loved how Prior had a few foot in mouth moments. Today was so important, it blew everything the defense was putting forward. Just shredded it to pieces. Great Job ladies ❤

The defense was entertaining in the idiocy of his argument with this highly professional and expert medical examiner.

An unattended death in Utah requires an autopsy to be done. Idaho does NOT require an autopsy to be done, only at the families discretion. This reason is why Chad up and moved his family to Idaho out of the blue. His "prophetic" vision that Tammy would die young or before she turned 50 had to be done in Idaho so no autopsy would be required, as a cemetery sextant he would know this. Note that he was saying this long before he met Lori if I recall correctly.

      Thank you ! 😊
I had no idea about the autopsy laws and it now makes perfect sense that this was his reasoning. 👍🏻
But then we aren’t evil or conniving like he is. So why would we even consider this. He is truly disgusting.
Poor Tammy, Charles and those beautiful children. They were innocent beings. It makes no sense at all.

You are absolutely correct! Chad Daybell was long over Tammy!? B4 Lori walked into that conference back in October 2018.Chad was prowling and used that idea on another married woman from ARZ.she didn't fall for that nonsense and told her husband that Chad had told her that they were married in a prior life probation,Also informing him that Chad wouldn't "Stop" texting her.Her husband told Chad to leave his wife ALONE! Chad also was fixated on Julie Rowe/Melanie Gibb! The only thing I struggle with is How a sociopath(Lori) and a psychopath (Chad) believed that they would get away with murdering 4 innocent people?

That’s such a good point and with his background and experience with his career, I’m sure he knew that where the average person would not. Such a good point.

I hate it that Idaho does not require autopsies in unattended deaths. MY BEST FRIEND FROM REXBURG was MURDERED BY HER HUSBAND in 2022 and GUESS WHAT? HER FAMILY QUASHED THE CASE AND THE AUTOPSY AND HAD HER CREMATED QUCKLY with NO SERVICE OR INTERMENT OR ANYTHING! HER HUSBAND THEN KILLED HIMSELF-He was addicted to FENTANYL and the marriage had only been a brief one, she had no idea and was nearly a senior when this happened. There was MONEY INVOLVED so no one wanted it noted. It MADE all of us who LOVED HER SICK. AND YES, this was the REXBURG, IDAHO POLICE. They were supposed to interview me and other people about the facts that we KNEW, then, DIDN'T.

@@bonnylouwho76 omg, I’m so sorry !!!! That’s so wrong they wouldn’t do an autopsy! I’m so sorry ! 😢. My dad’s second wife was horrible and she kept my siblings and me away from him for a long time. Two years before he died he changed his will . He always told me he wanted to be buried not cremated. Two to three days after he died he was cremated and we were never told he was even sick 🤬. Oh, and she was a nurse. 🤔
The weirdest thing was she called me out of the blue a month after his passing, telling me how horrible it’s been for her ( I had to remind her it was my dad I lost too) and that he’d been sick for so long. Which is weird because at his first memorial service, she was telling us how he had just been hiking their dogs up Mt Diablo and was feeling great. 🤔
I’m really sorry you lost your best friend. That’s heartbreaking! 💔😢

Two brilliant women bringing the truth to light! The prosecutor and medical examiner were fantastic. The jury must see there is no REASONABLE doubt that Chad killed his wife. He already admits tk being in the room and bed with her when she died. The examiner was so intelligent and experienced, her testimony carries a lot of weight.

For an attorney with higher education, he doesn’t seem like the brightest bulb. His main method is manipulating testimony, trying to put words in people’s mouths and trying to trip people up and at some point just being an outright bully. No brains. Just manipulative

    • @TheSassleburger

@@michellefregeau321so I think it’s on purpose as well. I think JP knows he cannot overcome the medical evidence. So he’s sorta trying to make it sound like ‘all that medical mumbo jumbo. Nobody gets it, including me. It’s too complicated. Let’s just not bother with it. This good, simple man loved his wife.’ It makes sense to me that he mispronounces to downplay the medical evidence by sorta clowning it, because the evidence is so extremely damning that he has next to nothing to use to discredit it.
