Sans doute elles pensent que sur le cheval se tient un comédien....Bien sûr éclat de rire général. Cette femme est vraiment stupide et grossière, elle a regardé les policiers mais elle n'a pas eu d'aide de leur part. Ce garde est au top et le cheval magnifique.
Can someone please clarify for me as I am confused: Is that a public street so people can walk through the white box if they just walking past? Or is there a new rule/law that no one is allowed in the white box anymore? I understand to stay out of the white box if you are taking a photo, but if you are just walking past...
Technically it is a public walkway so they cannot enforce those who walk through it. The guard can yell to the people not to but it goes no further than that if just walking past.
They’ve bought that much area ( which is boxed off ) from Westminister council.. so they can order people to be out of it because if the horse got going like many times before.. they don’t have half a chance to save themselves as the horse swings about

@busk1976 Strange, as I believe my comment only has the word stupid which has been used a lot in other comments about disrespectful tourists in these HP videos. I was mindful not to use a stronger word, and I was not criticising other commenters. Disappointing that TH-cam should remove it. I hope it wasn't because the woman happened to be of a certain race or religion?! Nevermind....😏

Why was that horse salivating like that? It’s seems like that bit in his mouth was really bothering him. The guard should have taken notice of that!
