Wow that was great! Nobody does this comprehensive view of NW Ark like you do. Very impressive. I need 5000 sq modern house with huge steel shop building on 5+acre. Looks like will have to build that? Thanks

Whats a good way to find houses (new constructions) in Bentonville? Listings on Zillow seemed to have dwindled and I get the same info through realtors that's available on Zillow. There's got to be more options available.

Great question my friend. You are correct there are not as many homes being listed for sale as home inventory is low. One way would be for you to contact the city and find who is pulling building permits. Another way would be to go drive around to different areas of Northwest Arkansas as many builders. Do not put their homes on the MLS for the first 4 to 6 months or possibly even drywall stage. Hundreds of builders in our area do things completely different than one another. If everyone did it the same would be extremely easy to find what you’re looking for. Speaking of that, what is it specifically that you’re looking for?

@@LivinginBentonville Based on this video, I have pretty average budget and requirements (3-4 bed single family home, ~10min from Home Office) but I'm not able to get the range of selection or locations that I'd like.

Not a lot of new construction within 10 minutes of the home office unless you’re willing to spend over 700k easy on a single-family home. Who’s your realtor?

Is there house in northwest ar with out hoa ??

That’s a great question. Yes there are plenty of homes in Northwest Arkansas that are not in an HOA or POA. However, those homes are not likely to be in a planned subdivision.

Do you have to pay the HOA fees if you don't use them?

That is a great question as well, my friend. If you are in a neighborhood that has a mandatory HOA or POA, regardless of if you use those amenities or not yes you will still have to pay whatever those dues are per the neighborhood
