This restaurant needs to add more varieties of veggies or garnish to the dishes to make them more appealing. Small time family owned business. Nick, start scouting out for some Chinese New Year dishes. Keep it up!👍
haha Jo Lian...we've visited quite a number of chinese restaurants, wanting to try CNY set......but almost all only has CNY set for 8 pax and above 😭
I been there once but a bit of concerns of their set-up. This restaurant is fire hazard and might burn 🔥 down the whole roll of old wooden houses.

什么时候说到印尼餐我建议是 Bangsar Shopping MallDancing fish restaurant 有 Satay 有 Udang Sambal hitam madura有 豆腐蛋你看了菜单后肯定是流口水别忘了. Satay原产国是印尼马来西亚Satay是炒印尼的因为你的影片很少印尼餐

@@Nick_catman 你说对了,马来西亚蕃薯粉片是用蕃薯粉搅拌水均匀后过滤了蒸熟,冷冻切成薄片。在中国的是将一根蕃薯切片晒干,下锅炒的时候呈灰黑色。而在南洋居住的福建人是买包装的蕃薯粉,蒸熟之后也是灰黑色。

@@Nick_catman去年华人新年到过Setiawan, 福州朋友带去第一次吃魚鳔羹, 很好吃哦, 放紅浙江醋的, 酸酸带点辣的,很醒胃。

薯粉條用來打邊爐仲正, 通常等到最後食, 索晒入面d海鮮同牛肉以及蔬菜既味, 正呀, 好過食公仔麵埋尾.

@@Nick_catman 蕃薯粉條中國出產最多也很便宜. 不同粗幼都有, 最common是濶1cm的, 也有2cm的. 其實韓國的粉絲都係薯粉條, 不過他們都是幼身的, 買唔到都可以買韓國粉絲代替, 但用來打邊爐口感會不同. 我諗再發興會買到中國的薯粉條.
