Qi Ji reminds me so much of any little boy! While he is eating the sweet potato, his back end operates independently, feet climbing the rock behind him! He is so amusing!!

Xiao Qi Ji is adorable 🐼 😇😎💜❤💜 doing beautifully growing fast and well. I really wonder if it's not beneficial to the adult pandas that you are in danger if you go into the enclosure with them. Surely they won't harm you. I could be ex wrong. I never have heard of a human being attacked by a panda. Surely the panda will remember the humans that were close to them when they were small cubs pandas 🐼 😎 😇❤💖❤💖❤ XQJ is absolutely amazing
Adults pandas will not hurt humans intentionally but because of the mass and sharp claws, even playfulness can be deadly to humans

They only did that because of the mom's size. She could hurt the keeper by accident. Xiao Qi Ji has lived with his mom, Mei Xiang, since birth (Oct. 21, 2020). They are still together to this day. Check out their live cams on the zoo's website.
You should campare Xiao Qi Ji and other countries' baby pandas that Xiao Qi Ji looks may lack nutrition from his coat and spirit. I suggest the zoo should give more nutritious food for his mom Mei Xiang like more apples, wowotou or other fruit not only ice cube then he can breastfeed well mike from his mom. Hope Xiao Qi Ji can be healthy and happy with his mom and father in the coming days.
he's far from being malnourished...he eats well and sees the Dr. regularly..
How is XQJ mal-nourished when he's gaining weight so much just from his mom's milk alone? You should stop with these false claims.
Please stop spreading the lies. If Mei Xiang was mistreated, she would not give birth to a healthy cub at the old panda age of 22. If anything, her fertility indicates she is very healthy. If you are a truly panda lover, then please pay attention to some of the zoos in China that uses panda as a way to get money, and pay far less attention to their well beings than these zoo keepers do at the DC zoo.
@@mikepeng1568 Yes, earlier today I saw a video made in a spectacular looking zoo in China. The keepers were bringing out 9 baby panda cubs to celebrate the preparations for the beginning of the Chinese New Year. Perhaps because there were so many press & visitors present for the celebration, the keepers seemed a bit frustrated by the curious behavior of the baby panda cubs, to the point when the keepers returned 2 or 3 older siblings & 2 younger siblings back to their enclosures, and left only 3 baby pandas out for the celebration. I cannot judge, never having been a keeper of pandas, but I just felt a little that the keepers wanted the panda cubs to behave a certain way, and when they did not, they were brought back to their enclosure. I think the keepers might have been as overwhelmed by the number of visitors & press attending the celebration as the baby pandas were ... in truth, the baby pandas mainly seemed curious and eager to explore. Must be wonderful to hold and play with a baby panda!!! This National Zoo Keeper seemed quite happy taking care of his little darling panda cup!
