It depends on what niche you are filing in EB-1. If you have evidence and show that your actively contributing to niche and are an expert then it should be fine. Trying work in different fields is no problem as long as continue to work in the niche that you field EB-1 in.

In no way is the striking down of Chevron a good thing for EB-1 applicants. It doesn’t help those waiting for I-485. More people challenging UCIS decision means more backlog in courts. Striking down of Chevron can be catastrophic for the climate, human rights, etc. Please don’t spread false information.
