With Masters from US you will be able to find a good paying job however do remember the immigration hassle you might have swim through. It is a financial decision and nobody better than you take the decision

I am assuming you are asking about NVC application right? In that case there is a chance if USCIS finds incorrect filings or possible issues with the documentation.

May I request you to help with my question:
I am EB1C manager and just applied for i140. However, my compulsion is I will not be able to stay in US for longer. Hence, I keep travelling. I was an intra company transfer on L1A in May 2022. I remained in US for around 4 months in entire last 15 months of continuous employment.
My question is once I get my i140 , do I need to stay back in US? Or while applying i485 or Adjustment of Status, is it compulsory to stayback in US? If I don't live in US and keep working remotely from outside the country - can it increase my chances of rejection?
