    Lovely home!
    Likes: 3 car garage, wine cellar(huge bonus that it has AC, too!), pretty finishes, nice outdoor kitchen, loved the fenced in yard(would be perfect for my little pups), nice fireplace, like the sun shelf and bubblers in the pool.
    Dislikes: the master bathroom (I hate the exposed toilet…needs a door) and the shower needs a bench(I’m picky😂). The biggest dislike(and why I wouldn’t buy it) is that it’s not on a canal lot. I think the price is solid though, especially since it comes with nice conveniences(like window shades, w/d, etc). Not sure how I feel about the lack of a pool cage. Could easily be added, but I would probably only do that if bugs or snakes were an issue. Thank you for your thorough videos…they are fantastic.

    Some neat things. Hate the floors and bi fold doors. Why no pool cage but a special wine wall fridge? Love the outdoor kitchen with gas grill!!

      Insurance on this new construction in this area is not expensive, taxes depend on what the home is appraised for. If you homestead you can get a discount on that as well.

      Yes, for taxes take 80% of whatever you pay for the property and then calculate 2% of that to get a number that will be close to your yearly taxes from the city. So on 700K purchase you will pay around 11,200 in taxes per year, unless you get the discount for homesteading. The insurance is all over the place, you will need to get quotes from brokers, it changes weekly.
