Hey… don’t give up on this podcast because there aren’t tons of views yet… your information is soooo valuable and many more people will find this as time goes on!!!
Thank you for this interesting and insightful discussion. I had never even heard of this theory that Joseph Smith plagiarized the JST before, when I was bearing my testimony of the JST in a comment section. An exmo replied and told me that Adam Clarke was a prophet then and not Joseph Smith! It didn't hurt my testimony at all because the holy spirit already witnessed of the truth of the JST and the prophetic role of Joseph Smith in bringing it about. But I'm glad to know what the controversy is supposed to be about. 😊
As much as I enjoy our Religious scholars, sometimes they can do more harm than good. This is an excellent series and I have learned a great deal and will use the JST with a more spiritual eye. The whole series has been fascinating. This podcast is one of my favorites. I tell everyone I know to start listening. Hang in there and don’t give up. You’re wonderful.
Based on the thumbnail title alone, I am unsubbing. This is a moronic clickbait question: Did Joseph Smith Plagiarize Part of the JST? Reminds me of Stand Forever | Lawrence E. Corbridge | 2019. "slogging through the swamp of never-ending secondary questions". Not going there

Click bait. They address the exact question in the title. Your comments make no sense. Don't be afraid and listen.
