I remember this song a many of times. I met Kitty Wells in person when I was working at the Glass House that sat between I65 in Shepherdsville, , KY. She was a very nice person and didn't mind when I asked her to sign a napkin.

"Real" country music and "Real" country talent! Kitty Wells - Johnny Wright - Bobby Wright and their band the "Tennessee Mountain Boys" toured this "family" show for over forty years! I wonder how many of todays so-called "stars" will ever be able to say they did that!
That particular version of the show toured from 1964-2000. But in entirety they had a touring show since they married in 1937. It really took off after Kitty got her big breakthru in 52 tho. Once Jack passed in 63 they had to rebrand. Even tho they "retired" in 2000. They didnt REALLY stop touring until 2006. They did a big Canada tour in 2006 but because they didnt have the band with them at that time, it just wasnt the same and wasnt as enjoyable for them, the band was like family. Johnnys health is really what made them stop. They were hard workers and enjoyed the fans and the shows so much! Kitty sang occasionally until her death but it was few and far between. They were fine Christian and family people, which is still evident in their family, they are all so sweet and friendly.
