As a former drug addict I’d like to say that never once while high did I decide to abuse anyone .. I’m so sick and tired of these evil monsters using the ‘drugs made me do it’ excuse
Me too I am sick of it. I was an abused child in so many ways and an addict at one time. I'm in recovery now. I hate that excuse. She needs to stay right where her nasty ass is. I also do not like the way they treat females vs males. These women are demons
So are the professionals who deal with addicts and criminals - especially those who deal with persons who are both of those things. I was in my first social work placement when I encountered someone who did things I cannot go into for legal/privacy reasons but suffice it to say she was just such a person as you refer to. Her child suffered beyond words and "drugs made me do it." It was hard to treat her the same as everyone else, not gonna lie. I'm convinced that was the point of our first student placements - not the actual social work stuff but the learning how to emotionally handle really horrific things, both in how we handled the person at the moment and also how we dealt with it when we left work.
That part right there. I was a drug addict with a kid and I never thought about hurting him ever. People just want to not take accountability for what they did
Recovering addict here and this one hurt, I’ve been sober for going on five years and I just can’t believe how sometimes these people neglect their own children like this sure, I’ve hurt others in my search for drugs, or in my search to obtain drugs, but goodness I’ve never steep to the slow of a level. Prayers out to those who are in recovery and those who are trying to find a higher power. I love you all and if you need help reach out, there are others all around you who need help from drug addictions or any other addictions have a blessed day. Love you all.
No, 20 years is not near enough for what she did. The fact that she’s up for parole after three years, absolutely boggles my mind. She was sentenced in 2018 and up for parole by 2021? How? Excuse me, up for parole in 2020 and good time as of 2021. How is does this woman gets seven years taken off her first sentence For good time? They have got to reform our judicial system. Quit giving good time to abusers.
This makes me sick. She's obviously been eating just fine, yet her 15 year old weighs less than 50 pounds?! How dare this animal even try for parole or call her child her, "baby?" She doesn't deserve the title of mother. I hope her back issues don't make her bed bound, and she gets treated the same as she did that poor boy. 🙄
Just makes me sooo mad😮 She's beyond..Look I don't get it. Seems all the other kids were thriving. But this poor guy I feel like she should've been put in solitary and fed bread and water "on occasion" till she was 57 pounds!!
So let me get this straight she lived off her child’s disability, also has disability for having aids, did drugs, and abused her disabled child. She is a great member of society.
on top of that HIV is not a disability. It is a chronic disease but no reason to not work! So she is going from taxpayers supporting her to neglect her children to wanting taxpayers to support her due to her newest excuse to be a slug...HIV. give me a break!!
DCS is not helping kids found in these conditions the kid was being starve and covered in roaches. This didn't happen over night this was prolonged for some time it's sad DCF is all about the paycheck
You're absolutely right. Have you heard of the channel The Misery Machine? They do primarily child neglect (and worse) cases and in every single case, DCF had multiple opportunities to save the children but don't due to laziness, incompetence, and politics. I highly recommend the channel as they present the cases in a respectful manner.
on what planet do you get up for a parole review after just 3 of your 20 year sentence? You're out your mind if you think that's normal in our justice system I know for a fact by experience that's not normal. But go on I guess 🎉
I tried twice to listen to this case, but just couldn’t. The horrors of what she put that baby through 😢 20 years isn’t nearly enough time. And I’m tired of everyone using the “drugs made me to do it.” Drugs don’t suddenly turn you into a vile monster, that has to be inside of you already.
she says she takes "full responsibility" and then blames her behavior on drugs. that's not taking responsibility, especially with a crime that took place over a long period of time.
and her plan when she gets out is to claim disability.. might as well stay where she is... we're paying for her anyway.. at least there, she can't abuse any more kids.
Her condition is from being in prison. We have no idea what her condition was before going to prison. But you very well could be right that she was in good condition upon arrest. Something that was really damning to me was the rest of her children were being taken care of. She had a 16 year old she raised up and she also small children that she was feeding, bathing, changing, etc. EDIT: omg I just realized the child was 15, that is so awful. How long that child probably suffered. Unfortunately in some families where a parent is abusive they choose one child to be a scapegoat for their abuse. It can be for any reason, like disliking the father, the gender of the child, or in this case because the child is disabled.. so many things. And a lot of us don’t have the capability to even begin to understand her actions because we would never do something like that ❤
No! No! No! This is not an opportunity for you to receive extra training. This is what you are trained to do! Before you go out and do your job if you have questions regarding your job you should ask them not after some kid that's 15 weighs 45 lb and he's covered in bugs that didn't happen in a day that didn't happen in a week or a month. And if they're stopping by this house and given this woman a thumbs up, shouldn't there be some accountability for that?
I’m trying to understand WHY the 16 year old never spoke up either?!?! She was living the hood life and didn’t give a damn about her sibling it seems. I’m not trying to hear it’s not her responsibility either!! Makes me wonder what kind of person she is as well. So many people failed this young man but the ultimate responsibility belongs to his birther!!
@@thesun-N-moon8885 I agree 100%! Even if she was afraid of repercussions from her mother, she totally could have reported anonymously or told someone at school, anything would have been better than nothing - which is also abuse by way of neglect/indifference. She should be ashamed!
This woman is slower than Christmas, shame on who gave her six children and thought it was okay to leave her to be a primary parent. God will provide her children with a better life in spite of what they have been through .
@@jonescymone it's an old southern saying. It means that Christmas takes a long time to come being that it's at the last month of the year. Therefore it takes a long time to get here, so it's slowly arriving. That's why Christmas was in my comment. I hope you have a wonderful Holiday Day Season 2023!🥰
I agree. It’s very hard being a special needs parent. I cry my self to sleep sometimes because of exhaustion but I still manage to get up and clean, take care of my son. I will never stop loving him no matter what issues he has. Question is how long has she been neglecting him and abusing him? Evil woman, also court in America doesn’t have a dress code? Why is she undercover with a hat and something over her face? It’s not even a mask
@@S30088 We do have dress codes in court, but this isn't actually in court. It's a probation and parole hearing, and their regular prison attire is what they wear to hearings as they attend in the facility. Some of them wear jumpsuits with stripes, especially in revocation hearings from the parish jail (our equivalent of county jails, we don't have counties in Louisiana), before they've been sent to the state Department of Corrections. The mask is because this was during covid, and they wouldn't let the inmates remove them. It's stupid and masks were a joke during covid, but those were the mandates from the state. I would have removed my hat out of respect, but I had a different upbringing than a lot of these people.
I too have a special needs child 31 years of age. This breaks my heart how could one be so cruel to their own or anyone. My daughter is my world and I will love, care, provide, and protect her with every fiber in my being
If you have a special needs child at home who’s totally dependent on your caring for them (or anyone being cared for at home regardless of age), it should be a requirement for them to have regular medical assessments to assure quality of care. Also, it doesn’t matter whether someone is able to communicate or what level their mentality is at, they still feel the same pain, anguish and discomfort as the rest of us. This woman’s actions were horrific. So glad her son is now receiving the care he deserves.
I’ve been sober for 5 years. After 8 years in the 82nd 1st/504th I spent the next decade self medicating. I experienced jail and state prison and dozens of rehabs and half way houses. Burned plenty of bridges and left a trail of chaos and pain. Today I am so grateful for the little things and am even grateful for having the ability to make amends to those I have harmed. Not everyone forgave me and that’s their right, all I can do is take care of my part in the situation. Projecting your drug addiction onto the abuse of a child is absolute nonsense. It doesn’t cost any money to surrender them for adoption, she clearly knew what she was doing. The entire decade I wasted using various hard drugs, you better believe I made conscious decisions knowing that they were going to cause harm and or/pain and loss, I just didn’t care. However I’m completely accountable for each and every thing I did. I’m so sick of it being used as a crutch. We treated Iraqi detainees exponentially better than this woman treated her OWN CHILD. Think about that.
I am also a military vet-retired from the 101st in 2013 after a pretty bad final deployment. And then I spent the next few years self medicating after a civilian doctor told me there was no way they could write the scripts the army happily had me on for the last 6 years of my career. I didn’t understand that what came from the doctor could be just as, if not more, dangerous than what I would have considered “drugs.” It took me years to accept that I was an addict. I also went through the wringer trying to straighten myself out. And even after I finally got clean, I hid myself away from the world. I was just a so ashamed and off balance. I didn’t feel like I fit in the world anymore… I just wanted to say that I understand the hell you’ve been through, and I am so proud of you for getting and staying clean. Way to go solider- that just shows how strong you truly are.
This is so sad!! I don't understand how someone who can mistreat a child. I have no remorse for her at all.And for her to have the nerve to ask for parole is appalling! she should be embarrass and ashamed!! And the child will forever have scars and trauma!! Praying for her children🙏
They don’t have children, to love and care for! They have kids to get money, period! Every child deserves parents, but not every parent, deserves a child.
The DHS supervisor is back tracking, double talking and making excuses🤬 I worked at a middle school and reported physical abuse and SA abuse about two special needs siblings more than 15 times. The worst thing I heard from the agency was “ These kids are hard to place.” Infuriating and I kept reporting!!! Inexcusable responses! 🤬
OMG thats beyond the saddest excuse I have ever heard. Not to mention the fact they was basically saying that children with special needs dont matter enough to help them. Kids with disabilities are too much to handle and place which means more work for the caseworker so they just allow horrific things to happen to them. I can not honestly explain how much rage I have inside me after reading your comment. #1 I am a mother of a son who would be considered special needs. He has bipolar, adhd, behavioral issues and learning disability. He was as they say alot to handle and exploded very easily without warning. I also have 4 grandsons with autism. Each one of them show some of the same and different characteristics of autism with a wide range of severity. I can not fathom the idea of someone hurting any of them in any way. But if somthing did happen everyone of my babies deserves the same as any other child period. #2 Each and every person who failed to investigate these crimes souly because these babies was special needs should loose their job and get their ass kicked. #3 When people try to help keep kids safe, make reports and follow what needs to be done yet are faced with this BS they give up. Im not saying you did or them giving up on trying to help is the right thing to do but they get discouraged. #4 They refuse to help kids with special needs because they are hard to place yet they go after parents for some of the dumbest shit with the average child. Tell me how this makes sense. Thank you for doing everything you could to help these babies. Thank you for not getting discouraged feel defeated and give up. Thank you for being these babies safe place, their voice and their advocate. This world could use more amazing people like you. At the end of the day I can only imagine how their stories impacted you and your mental health. Hearing these horrific acts being done to innocent children Im sure without a doubt is hard to process.
Miss Pearl make me so mad. She has the worst interviews. She never holds any one accountable. Smh I can't take her fake nodding and smiling in the camera knowing damn well she not paying any attention whatsoever
why does she try to make them feel comfortable like shes on their side or something its weird all the smiling she does like shes having a conversation with her friends
If she wasn’t holding her accountable, she wouldn’t have denied her parole 🙄. Some people are just naturally kind, but she clearly was looking out for the best interests of the victim and the family.
This is just so sad all the way around. This woman is so simple. She hasn't had a write up and is doing just fine, because she is in a controlled environment and she needs to stay there..
I’m so disgusted, she surely isn’t starving!! I pray she serves her FULL SENTENCE AND IS NEVER EVER ALLOWED TO SEE HER POOR SON, WHO IS DISABLED AND DESERVES THE BEST CARE EVER. I PRAY HE IS FULL OF HAPPINESS NOW HIS MONSTER IS NOT APART OF HIS LIFE 🫶🏼🩵🫶🏼
That was part of the plea agreement- she had to sign off him, giving up her rights, and there was a lifetime order of protection put in place, too. I think THAT stipulation was why they only gave her 20 years. I read that they wanted to make sure he was safe and that she NEVER goes near him again for the rest of their lives.
She was all about the check and benefits she received as a result of his disabilities, that's how she ate so well and fueled her alleged drug habits that ironically didn't begin until her 30s.
Why in the hell did she interrupt him just to ask a couple questions and then tell her she proud of her?? WHAT THE F&@K?? These people need to be removed from this board
Miss Wise shouldn’t have interrupted Mr. Roche. That was ridiculous! And then, to ‘commend’ her on her behavior in prison? I gasped. The mother should have got a much stiffer sentence. I’m new to this channel and the second- Mandoo Two. My eyes have been opened and I’m seeing so much I wish I never had.
How did she manage to care for the 16 year old daughter & neglect her son in such a horrible way? She deserved life in prison! She starved that child & left him with roaches crawling on him, & probably lying in filthy diapers on a filthy mattress! I hope he can recover from this trauma, bless his heart.
@@HeyitsBri_that's exactly what I was thinking. I'm surprised the sister didn't tell someone or help her brother. But, she probably has a LOT of trauma and damage having been raised by this psychopathic MONSTER.
@@thesun-N-moon8885 Maybe the child did speak out and was ignored. But otherwise one cannot judge the other CHILD without there facts...unpless we're ignorant.
There is no excuse for what this woman did, or technically didn’t do - didn’t bathe, feed, interact with him, or show love to him. Still, I wish that the parole board had asked her what made her turn to drugs at such a late age. I guess it doesn’t really matter, as starting and continuing to take drugs was her choice. She doesn’t even have the excuse of being too young to consider the consequences.
This is why I keep telling my husband to do wellness checks and check on his freaking kid that lives in a whole Nother state. He cannot talk to his child receives text messages and pictures, but he at like everything is OK.
It's only a miracle that this 15 year old child was alive at 47 pounds. Children weigh 47 pounds around age seven maybe eight. Everyone at DCF that failed this child repeatedly should be fired. She knew exactly what she was doing and I see that she's not missing any meals or snacks. She should be in prison for the entire 20 years and fed a cup of rice once a day. I'm sorry y'all but this one incensed me. She wasn't remorseful at all, she did not shed one tear.
Makes my blood boil. Individuals who perpetuate such crimes should never see the light of day. And imo these social workers need to be held accountable in cases like this. Unbelievable they had to update a policy so a non-verbal child may be seen by multiple professionals. That should be a given unless one is a mindreader.
@@allenwoody8738 Not necessarily. I can't speak to this situation specifically as I don't have the facts required but in general, social workers have their hands tied. We'd all like to believe policy and the law make it easy to protect kids but the rights of parents are usually such that without proof of something you can't do much. It's a travesty but particularly in America the standard for interfering in a family's home and children is extremely high. (Source: went to college solely so I could go into child welfare as a social worker.)
@@michellebaker6302 repeat; not necessarily. It depends on the State; some grant absolute power to children services & they are allowed to 'confiscate' children based solely upon an allegation of harm & then it is incumbent upon the parent to prove in Court that the child[ren] should be returned. Granted, that is the minority of States that go to that level, but in majority Judges will issue based upon 'probable cause' & that's a pretty low standard, incl. solely upon the testimony of a 'reliable source' or Court/LEO. i.e. IMO, WA state is worst & they are still allowed to go onto the Native Reservations, remove kids & put them in Foster System-for which they PAY DOUBLE ALLOTMENT. The horror stories I heard from classmates on that were heartbreaking.
Recovery addict here & I had two special needs babies & got addicted to opiates at 28 & I was at every Dr appointment & hospital stay, they bathed, I cooked & cleaned. I was a functioning addict & I COULD NEVER HURT MY Babies. I was dealing with chronic pain & the pills took it away & turned me into a super mom & before I knew it, I was buying off the streets & turning to heroin...
I wish they would remove her mask! 🤬 Ugh she needs to be exposed. Such a horrific case! 😢 This poor child. I pray he makes a full recovery and his life is full of abundant blessings!
The child "protection" services are partially responsible for the life of this child. This is not the first time CPS has not done its job. Anyone collecting money from the state for the care of a child/sibling/parent/etc should be investigated so these kids can be saved. The mother should be in jail for life.
It takes a long time to starve someone down to 46 lbs. Any of us would have known by looking at him that he was starving to death. No special training required! I would have wanted to run screaming from a house that reeked and was full of roaches but it's even more reason for a worker to take an extra special look. Cops get qualified immunity and she wants children's social workers to have it too? Sounds like the worker who saw this boy was held personally accountable.
Yeah I think that’s just an excuse because that’s the only thing she can say to diminish her responsibility because she got to blame someone -something
"I guess I take full responsibility of my crimes." If I were ever in a situation where I needed to ask a parole board for mercy I would make sure to never use these exact words. Its so clear they are coached to say that, and her articulation may be the least convincing one I've ever heard.
Looks like his mother was eating on a regular basis and yet did not feed her son. Fourty seven pounds that the young man weighed should have been known by DCS because his Aunt notified them twice.
WTF ???? Ok I have to stop video for a second. Sounds like CPS is Jt organized and she needs a pink slip. How is it in the day that they can’t follow a case from begging to end and as for the person who was investigated the case she couldn’t tell that he was in trouble that he was a 15 yr old skeleton laying in a dirty bed ???? That poor kid. A lot of time the person has perfect understanding and is quite smart hut the body is disabled That woman needs to stay in prison thanks m you 💜💜🤗👋👋🤗
These OLD JUDGES NEED TO RETIRE LET SOME YOUNG PEOPLE START A CAREER. THESE OLD PEOPLE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SYSTEM. YOUNGER PEOPLE NEED TO GET STARTED ON PENSION.
Not only is the mother deserving to be where she is, this case manager said a whole lot of NOTHING!! Why is she angry because she’s being asked the tough questions. This happens way too often and kids lose their lives because if their negligence.
Ms. Holland is so indifferent about her actions regarding her son. Her actions are absolutely unexplainable, unbelievable, and inexcusable! This child needed her due to his disability and she totally neglected him in a way that is unimaginable to most parents. In addition, this child was victimized not only by his parents but also the state of Louisiana Child Protective Services. This talking head definitely had a political correct answer for what happened however, the organization failed to do what should have been done and that is to PROTECT children. Newsflash lady…it doesn’t take a rocket scientist or a bunch of training to see that this child needed to be removed from this unsafe environment.
vile, sick, monster of a human. education is necessary. i don't get why inmates in the system don't get all the education that is provided free. the DOC needs to make education mandatory for all inmates .
I was really hoping No Way Roche was going to be the interviewer. I know Ms Wise will deny but it would've been nice to see Mr Roche let her twist in the wind.
Im only 10 minutes in. But why are they asking her how one child was fine and the other was neglected?? To me its Obvious the first child is 16 & can pretty much do for herself. The second child is younger and a special needs child. If she was a drug addict during that time, there's no way she could have taken care of that child!
I know this is late answer, but that’s just saying that she knew exactly what she was doing. You show that you can take care of one. So you know what’s right plus she didn’t grow up like that. She came from a hood home. She’s just sadistic and pointed her outlet towards that child.
@marcellacrier7283 Yes, what I'm saying is the 16 year old was taking care of herself and probably the younger disable child too to the best of her knowledge, because the mother was not around, she was strung out. I've seen drug addicts actually try to sell their children just for a hit. So if they are able to do something like that, u know they wouldn't be able to care for a special needs child..
This absolutely did not happen over night and if Children services had done their job properly, this young man may still be alive!!! It would take months for this child to die of starvation and his body to be melted into the mattress!!! This worker making excuses just pisses me off even more!!! They definitely allowed this to happen to this poor boy!!! Anyone involved with this case should be fired and charged!!!
Why are parents or even people in general so afraid to ask for help with children in their care? It happens and there are so many resources that can help before it gets too far. Asking for help is not failing, this is FAILING as a parent.
Omg that poor child 😢 my heart broke hearing what this monster did to him. Absolutely evil. 40 years isn't enough! I pray for the child for healing, strength and most of all love. ❤
The DCFS representative talks about they need additional training for special needs children to identify abuse. What kind of additional training do you need to see that a 15 year old, who weighs 47 pounds, is suffering from abuse? They don’t care about kids.
The social worker is full of crap!!! Just spinning tales. Most children fall through cracks when it comes to this type of thing. How disabled was the young boy and how come no resources and support was provided to the mother. This is terrible!!! She was capable of taking care of children and the daughter was able to take care of herself to a degree.
She needs to serve her full sentence. I can’t imagine what it was like for that boy being fully cognizant but unable to do anything for himself. Couldn’t get himself anything to eat, couldn’t get up to use the restroom, just had to lie there completely at her mercy.
This makes me so angry. This poor child. DCF is a joke there she needs to be fired not promoted The mother is a monster. If one child was healthy, while the other one was neglected, and there is no excuse, drugs are not an excuse, and the child’s disability is certainly something he did not ask for. As a person with a disability, I am completely disgusted, all family members should be treated equally, so don’t you dare use your drugs as an excuse. What she did was completely disgusting. She needs serious help and cannot be released in my opinion.
@Mandoo I did home visits for 25 years. i went in the home, every room, I demanded to see the special needs adult or child. You can't produce the person, i called the sheriff's department. Its sheer laziness not to do that. Dereliction of duty. I worked a lot of unpaid OT and I was not a popular person among lousy caregivers and others. It wasn't a popularity contest, it was a calling. I saw things that would completely freak you out. Cockroach, bedbug and lice infestations that were beyond belief. When you say you wouldn't believe it if you hadn't seen it, it hits home. I have PTSD from fighting administrators, court systems and lawyers over cases like these.
It's too bad CPS doesn't have more compassionate and smart and thorough workers such as! Unfortunately unfortunately they are in places so desperately in need or just don't have enough workers that they don't vet them and just don't care! Thank you for doing your job! You were one of the few! ❤
Mrs. Wise: “If you’re successful today, what would be your means of income?” Offender: “Disability for HIV.” Mrs. Wise: “Alrighty, now for the reason you’re here. Law enforcement said you neglected care of your child in order to collect government benefits.” I love how Ms. Wise continues to strategize and operate over the heads of her naysayers. 😂
Why they being so nice? Bich was proven to be nasty. Don't matter how much education this monster gets. She still did that to the child. Keep her locked up and throw away the keys. Forget she exists
I am so tired of DCFS or any child protective services not doing their damn job! That poor boy can’t help himself, and obviously couldn’t rely on his mother to help him either.
This is absolutely just no remorse. If the drugs really took control of her and now she’s clean and loves her child then give him peace of mind and don’t ask for release
We had a similar case here in Texas, I believe Hutchins TX. No one even knew the little girl existed in the trailer park they lived in. It was finally the step father that called for help. The child was locked in a dark closet under similar circumstances. Both mother and step father were incarcerated. They crazy thing was there were other children in the home. I believe iirc that the girl was conceived outside of her marriage and she resented the child. She was tiny, and severely emotionally harmed. These parents should never see freedom, just like their children will never be free from the horrors.
I haven’t even finished listening nor have a read comments and I am shaking. First, there are a lot of fine hard working people with HIV who are not on disability (although if it does severely impact ability to work I’m in favor). I happen to be disabled and it’s a hard fight for anyone nor is it guaranteed in most cases. This woman would game the system. There is no insight here. She couldn’t name a single lesson learned. She has no explanation, no remorse, nothing. I know I’ll probably add more once I’m finished but I felt like my head was going to blow off so I took a break. Ffs. Drugs don’t make you evil.
Her little son wants her to stay in prison so she should serve out every day! He’s the victim! Stop blaming drugs!! Your an abusive mother. Her response sounds so scripted. He will be less afraid if she stays put & he deserves all of the peace of mind he can get. Imagine what that filthy house looks like. Disgusting.
These workers are supposed to actually look at the children head to toe. They don't need a team of medical professional to see that the juvenile in question was emaciated and neglected. The problem you get is that the case workers go into the homes and lie on their paperwork😅😅. The Supervisor stated that centralizing the records would help so that notes are done online , but that won't make any difference if they lie about what they do during their visits. No one set eyes on this boy and the records stated "no visible signs/symptoms of neglect or abuse". The case worker assigned to this case needs to be held accountable. Those notes are considered legal documents and when they lie on them they need to charged with a felony and maybe this balogna would stop happening. The government opened these agencies and not only are these parents abusing the welfare programs, but so are the social workers and children are the ones paying the price.

My son is 15 and he weighs 138lbs! That's a HUGE difference- 91 freaking lbs! She's a MONSTER!
🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Just makes me sooo mad😮
She's beyond..Look I don't get it. Seems all the other kids were thriving. But this poor guy
I feel like she should've been put in solitary and fed bread and water "on occasion" till she was 57 pounds!!
Well being in prison eating what you eat…. I’m sure she’d get big fast
Yeah really. Like how does that even happen in prison?
She needs to do her full time …. Poor excuse for a human .
Damn right
So let me get this straight she lived off her child’s disability, also has disability for having aids, did drugs, and abused her disabled child. She is a great member of society.
That’s the Social Security Rules, I have had six cancer surgeries and fighting 3 years now to get my disability. It is so F up
Exactly. And she’s trying to do it again through her Hiv’e diagnosis. I’m glad Ms. Wise made the connection.
on top of that HIV is not a disability. It is a chronic disease but no reason to not work! So she is going from taxpayers supporting her to neglect her children to wanting taxpayers to support her due to her newest excuse to be a slug...HIV. give me a break!!
She has hiv not aids
Ghetto blacks are a curse on the USA
DCS is not helping kids found in these conditions the kid was being starve and covered in roaches. This didn't happen over night this was prolonged for some time it's sad DCF is all about the paycheck
You're absolutely right. Have you heard of the channel The Misery Machine? They do primarily child neglect (and worse) cases and in every single case, DCF had multiple opportunities to save the children but don't due to laziness, incompetence, and politics. I highly recommend the channel as they present the cases in a respectful manner.
@@Robynator......MM are *so* good! One of the very best channels out there, for sure!
Why in the hell is she up for parole?? She needs to do every bit of those 20 years, which is not nearly enough for what she did.
no.parole...forever
Because that’s the law
on what planet do you get up for a parole review after just 3 of your 20 year sentence?
She did not answer the questions - she is well fed and her child is starved …why isn’t anyone asking hard questions
@poodletalk5608 I agree 1000 percent with you. They don’t ask the important questions and just let shit ride.. They make me so furious
And a lot of us don’t have the capability to even begin to understand her actions because we would never do something like that ❤
Because they already knew she wasn’t getting out. This was just a formality
That's what I'm thinking, the way they talk to her is pitiful!!

And she is disgusting to file for parole after 8 years! 😢

No! No!
That part they are the reason the Children fall through the cracks, there's no way that you done your job and this child eneded up that way!!
How did Christmas get into this? 😭 but she’s definitely a tad delayed.

She was getting a check every month for the kids disability no way would she put him up for adoption,
I am also a military vet-retired from the 101st in 2013 after a pretty bad final deployment.

It's only a miracle that this 15 year old child was alive at 47 pounds. Children weigh 47 pounds around age seven maybe eight. Everyone at DCF that failed this child repeatedly should be fired. Im always unsure why people want to shift blame to a government agency who never birthed the children. The blame lies squarely at the mother's feet.
Makes my blood boil. Individuals who perpetuate such crimes should never see the light of day. And imo these social workers need to be held accountable in cases like this. Unbelievable they had to update a policy so a non-verbal child may be seen by multiple professionals. That should be a given unless one is a mindreader.

So if they are able to do something like that, u know they wouldn't be able to care for a special needs child..

leave her to serve full term. That child got life.
Mrs. Wise: “If you’re successful today, what would be your means of income?”
Offender: “Disability for HIV.”
Mrs. Wise: “Alrighty, now for the reason you’re here. Law enforcement said you neglected care of your child in order to collect government benefits.”
I love how Ms. Wise continues to strategize and operate over the heads of her naysayers. 😂
I think Mrs. Wise is terrific. She doesn't miss a trick 😊
Is she married to Jim wise? I’m a new watcher
@@dariandavis6099 No
Why they being so nice? Bich was proven to be nasty. Don't matter how much education this monster gets. She still did that to the child. Keep her locked up and throw away the keys. Forget she exists
Make her remove her mask! She's 6 feet away from the other people and that shows she's ashamed of herself.
What kind of sick and twisted evil do you have to be
I am so tired of DCFS or any child protective services not doing their damn job! That poor boy can’t help himself, and obviously couldn’t rely on his mother to help him either.
No access to children she can abuse = no writeups. It's not commendable, Mrs. Wise.
Your titles man, thats how you hooked me
Thank you sir. Titles are my biggest struggle so I appreciate the feedback
@mandoo1396 I wait for the part you mention in your titles and I am just floored when I hear it.
I was active in my addiction for years and still managed to keep it together and not be gross. Doing the blame game is like saying you were possessed.
Just because you say i take full responsibility for my crime that dont mean nothing. She a nasty thing in every way
This is absolutely just no remorse. If the drugs really took control of her and now she’s clean and loves her child then give him peace of mind and don’t ask for release
I'll never understand how America thinks selling drugs is worse than abusing kids.😢😢😢😢😢
She keeps saying "i take full responsibility for my crimes" but yet she isn't, she can't give a simple answer to their questions.
Who would do this to a child? This is just depraved!
Ms. Wise pissed me off when she cut Mr. Roche off. So annoying 🤬
OMG Mrs Wise 🤦🏾♂️ I don’t know if i’m feeling this?!
only twenty years..... with a chance at parole. wtf
Disgusting.
How in the world she is up for parole . Poor child couldn’t even talk or move . She need to serve her entire time smh .
