      @@TheRalphie2020 I like the last one better too especially the yard and the house is a lot more spacious. But it’s pretty tough to beat the location of this one it’s only a few blocks away from the beach👌

      @@MichaelBordenaro yes the location is great considering the price! But it’s like when we get people at work that want “the cheapest one”, get ready for the headaches that come with cheapest one. 😂

      @MichaelBordenaro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheRalphie2020 Yep I get it! I didn't notice anything wrong with the place at first glance, but you never know. I think the main reason its the cheapest is its size. I have been inside a lot of other houses in the area, and this one is definitely the smallest.

    • @TheRalphie2020
      @TheRalphie2020 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@MichaelBordenaro Agree with you on that. The size isn’t too bad though. Depends on your needs and if you want to deal with random small steps and maze like set-up, lol.

    Hi M. I like the fact that this property is in a very nice neighborhood..That front yard needs to be taken care by a yard before I would show it. Those trees need to be straighten. Also the new hedges need to be placed from one side of the property to the other aide. The patio to me needs to be in the back yard for privacy. And replace that area with new front yard in general. Inside I agree with you about the kitchen it is very with the new items stove, dish washer and refrigerator counter and island space. The so called back bedroom with the back bath room is strange. One if the from rooms needs to be the living room and this room needs to be the dinning. To me that is what I see for the most part right now. It was arranged with a different design. It is interesting!! The out door side space also needs new lawn set up as well. Thank you for sharing this small home in that Million Dollar property neighborhood.

    • @LMays-cu2hp

      P.S. There needs to be a two car garage for that price of $600,000.00 plus?

    • @MichaelBordenaro
      @MichaelBordenaro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I agree with your analysis of the property, does need to some improvements but some features are nice about it and the neighborhood is great!

    HOW IS THE MUSIC SCENE IN FLORIDA MIKE?

    • @MichaelBordenaro
      @MichaelBordenaro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on where because some places have a much better live music scene than others. Clearwater, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, and Saint Augustine are all great places for live music

    basically the value of my house here in SoCal. Looks lifted for when hurricanes hit and streets flood?

    • @MichaelBordenaro
      @MichaelBordenaro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yeah most of Miami Beach is probably pretty on par with prices in Southern California. And of course the closer you get to the beach the more it will cost. It is about two or 3 feet off the ground. Shouldn’t have to worry about flooding in this house

    let's find a beach front property and build a complex of 4-6 sixplexes of swell units made of shipping containers..5x 6flats x1.5 k per month=45k per month..reverse engineer it.. the first floor is parking ..height of palm tree..3 units per floor x2 floors...pre-rent them for 3 years..then build..just have a model unit-showroom-first unit part of complex...raising it gives more privacy and a better view..large balconies..allow Airbnb , keep some units for that...maybe in lake wort, just south of palm beach..arts college nearby..cool vibe..less traffic..reset ongoing there..places like Dunedin or Naples on the west coast are also more affordable..around Fernandina beach or amelia island..kind of chill places for shrimping..more wilderness..more wild dunes..even places like Yankeeville or Williston, more of a Norman Rockwell vibe..running tours in 12 people buses of explorers, wannabee relocators..run a tour every month..do videos..and create some type of magic..magical moments..also a tour of the great rivers of Florida..bass fishing + playhouse+museums..+beaches..+art+music..the full offer of Flarida..lol..

    Is Air b&b allowed in Miami Beach?

    • @MichaelBordenaro
      @MichaelBordenaro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      There are certain buildings and blocks where it is allowed. But a recent lawsuit challenged the Airbnb laws in Miami Beach and supposedly the laws that they have put in place here are unconstitutional according to the Florida constitution

      @@MichaelBordenaro there’s a bad section of San Francisco by the old Candlestick park off Paul street that has a lot of lower prices especially Hunters Point that brings the typical million dollar San Francisco prices down some but I read businesses and people have been moving out of California including San Francisco and home prices have dipped for the first time according to business insider

    • @MichaelBordenaro
      @MichaelBordenaro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jonahhex9620 Yes the prices there have takedn a dip, but I am willing to be it will only be temporary. The pandemic certainly accelerated the migration out of SF too with everything being closed, but people still having to pay outrageous prices

      @@MichaelBordenaro Telecommuting policies may affect long term one way or another but Tesla and Oracle leaving will have an impact. I don’t see prices dropping down to affordable but it’s possible it’s peaked. The predicted Big Earthquake is due in the next 25 years and will cut right thru Berkeley so that could impact things as well. I never expected San Diego home prices to go as high as they have and that’s unlikely to change. Hollywood is taking a financial beating so that may impact Los Angeles home prices. Foreign buyers is probably where luxury home sales will be but this is my non industry guess. I don’t see luxury prices anywhere in California dipping very much for very long but crappy homes in less desirable California places could drop some
