Very Clear Picture Gaurav. The basic, two-aspect, red/green signal is suitable for low speed operations but for anything over about 50 km/h the
driver of a train needs a red signal warning (Yellow One) ahead to give him room to stop. This led to the idea of "distant" signals placed far enough back from the signal,
protecting the entrance to the block to give the driver a warning and a safe braking distance. Amazing video, keep sharing ! Would love to see video for "impedance bond" from you in future.

Thank you Harsh. I did not know there was a 50 km/h limit, I just knew it was suitable for low speed low frequency applications. It's good to know. And thanks for feedback, my next series will be on Train detection and I will be sure to cover that under Track circuits.

It is appreciated you are focussed on the crossover at 14:40, but just to note the lower train is inadvertently shown passing red.

Hi Gaurav, it’s very good topic, you’re going too fast and covering many things, this could be the Advance level of learning, Maybe slow down and add some questions to the end and explain next topic. All the best.

    Hi,
Thanks for explanation, but what I have understood that HD= SD+2BD+OL+TL. Why you have divided bu velocity.
I need know how to calculate Brake rate in m/ses sq. Pls explain BD calculation or refer
