Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.

Wow! That was amazing! Honestly brought me to tears. So much labor intensive work avoided by that equipment. The possibilities are endless.

The thing I like about it is that the trees are being mulched......... not burnt.
Never saw a machine like this one - my jaw dropped with I saw it do the job of a stump grinder with those little trees! They are really a blessing to have available in your area. Now for the fences - major job coming up but how wonderful to be able to have the space. I had turkeys for one year - loved them, ate them, finished with them. We didn't have the fencing and did believe in free range on our 10 acres. They would be shut up at night and let out each morning. Stray dog got one but the rest would run up to our car in the evening when we came home acting just like dogs. They were so friendly! Hope you enjoy them as much as we did.
All I can say is WOW. I love that machine that chews up trees. Problem you'll have now is protecting everything.
I live about 20 miles from Shell Knob. I'm in NW Arkansas on 14 acres. I'm calling these people. THANK YOU!!! See you at Baker Creek in May.

That was AMAZING! that has to be one the best thing I have ever seen , I hope people blow these guys phone's up... what they did there would take us a few years to do, and I can't get over how they cleaned up at the same time.. all the wood chips left ... God is so good! I've been spinning my wheels trying to identify a land crew to assist me in grooming my raw 10acres in Douglas County, and here they are! I will DEFINITELY be in touch when I've reached that stage in my transition. Thank you for simplifying what could've been a trying task for me; in that being new to the area, I wasn't certain who'd be trustworthy AND reliable.

Wow I was amazed at the Video, I am one of those planning to retire near Branson. During my search some properties had either too many or too few trees. This is a game changer. I have already emailed Josh to say how much I admire his work. And that he will be the first contractor I contact once I locate a property.

Hello Kevin and Sarah, that is a great service. I really wish we had it here. The land above me 56 acres that we could not afford when we bought our house. Well the people that bought it cleared it to where they look like a park too. The people that cleared your land were kind to the land. I am enjoying your channel. You are a sweet beautiful couple. 💕. I'm in shock! I've never even seen a bobcat like that. Amazing!! You guys are right... Usually it's a bulldozer that knocks everything down and piles it up... And then you have to pay a service to haul it away. That bobcat is awesome!!

Nice! Why don't you plant some berries that you then can propagate and get more of for free? Blueberries might be a bit difficult but you have others like Saskatoon, honeyberries, currants and so on. When you get the hang of propagation you can sell plants at farmers market! And if you expand and can harvest a lot of berries you'll be able to sell jams, jellies and so on. And, you know what, go on and propagate the roses you have on your property! For more rose hips! :D

Wow! I wish I could afford a service like that! I have been clearing my pastures with just a little battery powered chainsaw and some hand tools.
I have been talking to Knob Side and you would be surprised how reasonable this service really is. Call them!

Sissy Dewoody : just curious... where in Ark do you live? We are planning to relocate to the northwest portion of the state ( from South TX) if we can find the right combination of requirements... We looked in Mo., too, but decided to look at Ark.
Leslie - we are in Rogers quite near to Pea Ridge. The MO property is just over the state line. We are transplanted from SO-CA and are very happy with the climate and friendliness of the people.
Sissy Dewoody : i think that we looked at something somewhere near there....... How cool to live near Pea Ridge!!!! I am a big Civil War buff! I know we've at a place in Berryville ( that i LIKED, really) and several places in the whole northwest corner..
